Purchasing the home was great, and the process was excellent. My only issues were with repairs. I put in several tickets and I kept getting bounced around with different people. Took several months to take care of the repairs. I would request days off from work to be home during the time given that the repair company would be by and they would never show up. The construction manager would have a hard time finding someone to come out. For the last repair done to my home the supervisor, [name removed] had to come out and do the framing work since no one would come out and do the repair. Just overall not a good experience with repairs. [name removed] reps are great and the customer service is good. The only poor experience was with repairs.

Lack of communication with final walkthroughs and my ac was never connected to outside unit after 3 days I finally got ac Company to come out when they came out they said they already knew that the AC wasn’t connected on the outside of the construction team never contacted them to come back to finish Connect in the central unit. Also ac filter was filthy .

This was the most HORRIBLE experience ever. There were no perks for a cash deal. The actual construction is horribly inept. We still have incomplete issues. There was absolutely NO protocol in any of the building and buying process. Why is my new subdivision disallowed options?? Plus I was threatened to close on an incomplete home. There still remain issues and your INEPT staff refuses to make good on them. [name removed] is a HORRIBLE company

How’s was never complete contractors never finished paint jobs finally got tired of asking them back I have had non stop plumbing issues. I’ve had the plumber come to my house on 3 occasions still hasn’t been solved … my fake time which is just a laminated sticker comes up when I move furniture or washer dryer the thermostat never reads what my actual temp is my cabinets were assembled wrong my yard is super small also my counter tops are creating a gap on the back wall End I can’t wait to sell this house I haven’t even paid my first months rent I’m extremely dissatisfied!!! I have photos and videos

Very helpful with overall questions. Very efficient on small problems that arose after I moved in. [name removed] , construction manager answered my call by the second ring. And had someone out to look at the problem by the next day. Wonderful

To be completely honest, I feel as a recent homeowner and not getting to timely responses to my warranty issues and these issues being meet, completed, or getting followed on - has been a terrible experience. I have left numerous voicemails to the Warranty dept., as well as submitted my warranty service request online via the customer portal and still can’t get all the issues taken care of or addressed.

I Love the style of the home and curb appeal. Features are great. Ive been having an on going issue with the plumbing ie.. the water heater tripping the breaker and the hot water cut off at the kithcen sink staying on. When i moved in there was no move in clening done. Blue tape was still all over the house and the lights and vents were dirty and dusty.

Terrible! My A/C went out the first week I had moved in and I had to pay for someone to come fix it. And it was the company that is under my warranty. Then I told the gentleman at the show home and he told me to send him my recipes where I payed and that he was going to escalate it and nothing ever happened. I emailed The company and I still have yet to even receive an email back. Needles to say I still have not been reimbursed.

I didn’t notice on inspection but they really messed my cabinets with the dishwasher they bolted it on and cracked the wood what kind of XXXXX quality is that ridiculous.

I have several open warranty orders open and I continue to check on them and absolutely no response. I had been in contact with the construction manager and he handles some of the items but not all and no responses from him either. Very frustrating and disappointing

No communication from construction Manger. Didn't receive updates afters the framing was complete. No communication from the selling agent. Had few problems after move in, drained wouldn't work. I reached out to the construction Manger and he never responded to my text after I made it know that I was pissed.

I signed on Sept 17, 2021 for a home that was suppose to be fully completed and instead my 1st day moving in I have major water damagebthat not only ruins the new home but also my personal property because of bella vista negligence, builders and inspectors.

My ac unit/ system does not working properly. The ac turns on sometimes and then cuts off for a few hours, I set my ac at 76 when I’m not home and when I get home the ac is normally a higher temperature then 76. When I get home I set the temp to 72 and the ac will kick on in the middle of the night. I’ve changed air filters twice in one month and had techs from ac company twice to tell me the filters were dirty and unit outside was dirty they checked everything and mentioned the system works fine but why don’t I have air flow or the ac not turning on until hours later? The upstairs inside the ac system it looks like paint was sucked in there while they used texture of paint. Also the upstairs the 3 bedrooms do not get air flow only the loft area, I tested the vent with toilet paper to see if there was air flow and there was not. I have made two work orders one the first week we moved in and another work order on our third week of living in the home. Last week Tuesday aug 28th was my fourth week and I have spoken with [name removed] from construction and [name removed] from ac company to inform them of this issue and they mentioned they will follow back up with me. I’m very frustrated at this point.
