1. The heating/air conditioning system(s) does not provide an even temperature through out the house(one story). 2. The outside wood trim on the garage has a large top to bottom split. 3. The master bedroom exterior windows permit leakage of dust to the interior. 4. The foundation has cracks at two corners and exterior coating(?) does not completely cover from top to bottom in sections. 5. The exterior fencing is of very poor quality.

crack front and back porch/ patio, no grass and not informed of it. and same things I mentioned before. Overall, It looks and feels like it was thrown together

The AC system leaked water onto the floor of the closet which in turn leaked on to the garage floor which is stained. Took two service calls by the contractor to identify and correct the problem. Squeaking door hinges were eventually corrected by corporate customer service representative. There are two electrical outlets which only register partial power. The concrete foundation(?)exterior coating is cracked in two places and on the west side of the house the foundation coating does not extend fully to the ground.

The price increased $5k, but I still bought it. The wood fence has steel posts on one side and wood posts on the other side. I requested this bungle be corrected and not passed on to me. My request was denied. I am too embarrassed and ashamed to allow anyone to visit my home.

I’ve been living in my home a year. I dislike that my home still has work to be repaired by Buffington after a year! I also disliked the fact that I thought I was buying an “Elevation E” home with four lights in front of my home. It only came with three and doesn’t look uniform. ??

There have been too many contacts and too many people handling warranty. There should have been ONE number to call and they should handle everything.
