Cabinets have been awful from day one, the attempted fixes have been horrible. Flooring coming up and separating creating gaps. Stucco has holes. Hole in foundation in master bath was patched but not sure how because it's cold almost drafty. Garage was insulated but coldest room in the house. Corners/edges of walls the paint is peeling. The overall quality of the home from appliances to lighting are cheap quality. The rooms only being wired for lights not ceiling fans is just one example of cutting costs at every corner. I understand we did not get a house over 200k but still expected much more from the price we in paid, almost 170,000. Our contact with [name removed] from desert view is the only thing/person that kept our hopes up along the whole process, he was great. He was very helpful in explaining everything and I understand that the work and contractors hired for our home are not a direct result of his work. I feel that if I was able to physically show someone all the things that I have mentioned, it would not take long at all for the person to see what I'm referring to when I say the work done was either rushed or done poorly. I would appreciate the opportunity to show someone who cares about their buyers. The person with the warranty department was understanding and had people come make some fixes already but more are definitely needed so I will have to contact her again.

The quality of the home is poor. The work was very sloppy. I checked in on my house since the concrete was poured and week after week saw sloppy work. From the concrete, to the paint, the the frame, to the finishing touches. The superintendent and sales rep for [name removed] [name removed] have always been so helpful, but was disappointed in the quality of the build.

The house was not looked over correctly and i even got an inspection. The floors are uneven in many places and the floor is lifting in certain corners. The carpets were stained with paint and when i told them they didn't replace it they just tried to wash it off and the stain remains. In the other bedroom they did cut out a part of carpet but did not effort to blend it so its obvious that there are two sections of carpet. There were marks on the wall in one of the bedrooms and i told them so they painted it but it looks so uneven and darker in those areas. The kitchen cabinets and the hall restroom cabinets are not stained correctly and is an eye sore. The master bedroom does not get enough air blown into the room from the A\C making it hot in the summer. I told them this before moving in and they proved that the temperature is correctly but the air pressure is weak. The hall bathroom needs the most work as all the white sealant is coming off all over im assuming due to moisture. The fence in the back yard is also very short making it dangerous with neighbors that have big dogs. My neighbor has 5 pitbulls and are constantly barking and trying to jump over making being in the back yard risky as they have successfully jumped over before and almost attacked a family member of mine. Only positive i can think of is that i live closer to the city.

some issues that i found after the walkthrough i was told won't be covered under warranty. for example i have a crack on one of the windows i was told it won't be fixed because i didn't inspect the house right during the walkthrough. i have a wall that is stained even though i paint it over and over again. my rock wall is not as strong as i thought it would be. you bearly touch it and it crumbles. my drive way already has a crack on it. i have tiles that are hollow. my stairs have pins coming out. the carpet is not tight to the wood on the stairs. and some other issues

I did not like that even at closing, issues that were addressed months before, were still being fixed. Details to quality of work were not satisfactory. For example, crooked walls, loose handles and cabinet doors, lifting tile, soft spots in walls, hole on cement under tile, sealing of outlets and doorbell. What I did like was that my representative, Carmen, doing her best to get things fixed and taken care of and communicating. Unfortunately the project manager had to get involved in the end but he helped tremendously as well.
