[name removed] was great. It was our first purchase and as a result we were highly anxious. Every time we spoke to her she handled all of our concerns and helped ease our worries. It was a great experience.

Title had paperwork for 2-3 weeks and didn’t reach out to schedule signing until two days before what was supposed to be the closing date. Additionally the money to close was incorrectly communicated by the team. I’m not sure what happened but on the day the team was trying to close, I received a call at 12:30PM to try to get the remaining $4,500 to close to them by 2:30PM. I had to cancel multiple meetings to make this work, most people do not have that luxury. I was able to get the money in the office by 1:30PM but the team got back to the lender 13 minutes after the 2:30PM deadline to close that day. I’m not sure what happened there, but all of this was truly unacceptable and was not mad right by the team (via apology or monetarily for the time they made me miss from work for their miss). I would not recommend this company to any friends with the way this transaction was conducted. The ONLY bright spot was the knowledge and delightful attitude that we had in walking through the closing paperwork. [name removed] was fantastic!

Very efficient and timely. Given all the other delays in the process of closing, I am sure every file on your desk needs immediate attention for one reason or the other. Our case was the same; with several months of delays and finally, no roof to stay if dealyed by a day or two; your team was very quick on getting this done. A BIG THANK YOU & and a Happy New Year.

Lack of communication in the critical days leading up to closing is the reason I can not give a 10 rating. Technically they are knowledgeable and once my mortgage broker, realtor and I kept contacting the escrow officer they got the closing done on time. The escrow officer complained we were bugging her. Seems to me management needs to do a better job of supporting their escrow officers so they have time to provide the very necessary attention to detail and communication needed. My loan had a large down payment which required that I have timely instructions and not wait until the day of. If we had not relentlessly pushed and just waited my house would not have closed on time. That was a big deal, however once I got to the signing appointment it went very well, she was efficient and explained everything. FYI I had to reach out to the escrow officer's assistant to set that up, they did not contact me.

It was pleasant to interact with the escrow officer and she was promptly responding to my questions which is very good but there's a big room for improvement in mutiple areas. #1 I need to reach out to escrow officer few days before the closing as I haven't received any closing details and update her about the closing date and request for other details. Escrow officer wasn't aware of the closing date to my surprise. We had to rush in the last minute (literally 2 working days before the closing date) to get the notary signs. Escrow called up me at 5.30pm in the evening and we have to schedule the notary few hrs same day. I need to run from pillar to post to make sure the down payment is sent to escrow in a day which created hypertension and panic. If I delay, I have to pay $300 per day for the delay. This kind of hurry and last minute rush should have been avoided and definitely a big no for me. Ideally escrow team should be ahead of others in terms of communication and the process should have been initiated at least 10 working days before the closing. #2 Although it was clearly mentioned that real estate agent's commission share should be sent to the borrower, the $9K payment was sent to the agent's broker which created another last minute rush to sort out that transaction before Dec 31st. Just one phone call to the agent before wiring that $9K to the broker would have saved all these unnecessary overheads #3 After closing , I wish escrow was proactive in sharing the final and updated settlement statement
