Very unorganized title company. The worst title company I have worked with. I had to print my own paper work because y’all couldn’t figure it out. Y’all very reactive and took no leadership of the process. I had to reach for everything from title vs you guiding me through the process. Then I still haven’t received my welcome package from hoa and come to find out title was supposed to submit and didn’t. Awful experience!

Well I had to sit in my car because of covid19 so it really wasn't that pleasant and I only saw the notary anf no one else. This was my first time to buy a home.

Windy did a great job. On my initial call, she spent extra time explaining different aspects of loans. It helped me in feeling I was making informed decisions with some understanding.

Notified First American that funds were due, this was an issue at closing. We had a tight time schedule that day as we were returning to Wisconsin. Funds due should not have been an issue.

It was hot and we had to wait for a while in the car for signing and funds to post, however the experience were of our current times and they did a great job conforming to current protocol in order to get the job done safely.

We were very happy with the way social distancing was handled during our closing and felt everyone was very understanding, helpful, and careful not to spread germs.

The folks were great. The pandemic made this a pretty rough experience. I’ve been to several signings before and this was horribly impersonal and alienating. Thanks to the pandemic. I understand the reasons for the precautions, because I work in the medical field. But this was a very unpleasant experience.

Only problem is my address doesn’t exist to the world. When is that supposed be done? Who’s in charge of “creating” the address?

As a NPS professional myself, the Passive response to the Document signing question was purely based on the COVID experience which obviously was not the norm. With the extra precautions taking place we completed the signing of documents in the parking lot while sitting in my truck, which seemed awkward for both the Title company rep and ourselves. You may want to think about a tent if this continues into the summer. We felt bad for the Employee who was having to stand in the parking lot the entire time while we signed documents in my truck with the A/C on. As we are already approaching the upper 90's in Central Texas, I can only imagine how bad the experience would be if she had to stand in the parking lot on a 100+ day while the customer sits in the AC vehicle.
