We enjoy the post-home ownership experience and having on site support whenever issues arise. We find that the support staff have great knowledge about the home and how it was constructed and all the products used to construct the home and that experience is very valuable.

My wife and I have loved the extremely detailed, diligent, and professional care and follow-up from every member of the Irvine Pacific team with whom we have interacted with since Day 1 of our experience. Even 1 year after the close of escrow, the IP team continues to respond to our inquires as quickly as when we first signed the LOI.

Enjoyed working with the Sales team, [name removed] and [name removed]. [name removed] informed us throughout the process and we were able to see the progress of the house being built. It was an easy process with the Sales [name removed]. They made us feel welcomed. We also like working with [name removed] in fixing things around our house. He is friendly, responds in a timely manner and is easy to work with.

As a buyer utilizing a non-traditional, VA loan, [name removed] was instrumental in helping us identify that a new Irvine Pacific home could be in our future. While in the research phase, [name removed] went above and beyond by providing us with a sample of the full purchase agreement and associated VA addendums (which some other communities omitted and told me were unavailable) and answered all of the questions we had about the process and associated timelines. He did all of this prior to even seeing a preapproval letter from us. Throughout the build process, he kept us updated and graciously accompanied us to many site visits. When delays came up, he provided detailed information and set proper expectations --- we felt like we were well-informed and looked after despite the COVID-related hiccups. The orientation, inspection, and move-in process went smoother than we expected because [name removed] is on top of his game. He was thorough during the orientation and walk-through process, while remaining efficient to ensure that we still had time to address my questions and/or concerns. We appreciate how knowledgeable he is about these homes and his ability to answer our questions in both a layman's and technical matter, depending on how deep we wanted to delve into things. Ultimately the thing we've appreciated the most through this process is the post-sales support provided by [name removed] and his team. It's easy to have a good experience and recommend a company when everything goes smoothly, but in our opinion, the best measure of an organization is how they respond when issues arise. We are happy to say that the experience so far with all of our post-sale repairs has been overwhelmingly positive and we credit that to [name removed]. He is resourceful, extremely well-organized, and stays on top of pending issues. A good example of this is seeing him in the community as we are returning/leaving our residence - he remembers what repairs/scheduled appointments we have pending, as though he had just gone over all of the pending matters in the community that morning. [name removed] is also someone I would like to recognize. He is quick to return phone calls and has been resourceful in thoroughly answering any questions I've emailed to him.
