The house wasn't completely ready to move in. We ordered add on kitchenette and they forgot our stove top. We reminded them about it before the closing day. Still after moving in don't have our stove installed. They said it's back up order. Our suite had a little fridge too. When we asked on our walk thru they said you need to buy it yourself. We had to go and show them our purchase receipt in order for them to order it. We still don't have our mini fridge either. The mice have been eating the rubber part of our garage door . There is a big opening. When we asked customer service to fix it. [name removed] said get a rodents control first then I fix it for you and it will be the last time. I had to emailed him my rodent control contract in order for him to fix it. Which he has not done it yet. Our house outside look didn't have the little tiles on the entry way. When I asked him larry said it's due to elevation your house doesn't have it. I had to go to sales office to make sure he puts the tiles. He keeps giving us run around making us look bad about anything we ask him to fix. We paid 2.4 million dollars for this house and this is not he we thought it would be. We're a Irvine Pacific owner from before. Our house in laguna altura had a better costumer service. [name removed] and [name removed] made us feel great in that house and that's why we choose Irvine Pacific again.
