Homes built by IP maintain the equity value greater than other home builders in the area. The elegance of the new home design, and the quality of the appliances installed in the new homes are excellent. The customer service reps are friendly, and responsive when I approached them for repairs and 3rd party referrals, they are very professional, and knowledgeable about the root cause to the problems.

From the time I started talking to [removed]/[removed] in sales office, it was really a good experience. They are very good and answering questions. The builder was building on time. As he is an experienced builder, I observed builder using quality materials for the buildings. They were very responsible and responsive though out my home construction process. [removed] gave good pre/Orientation walk They build everything as per the contract. No bigger issues to specify. I always recommend Irvine Pacific homes builder for their quality and response to the customer.
