Only disliked a few mistakes with putting wrong tile in, some corners are not straight, and sod job isn’t the greatest in the backyard.

My garbage disposal had to be changed to the correct side and my oven door does not completely close, but I have only lived here a short time. I like the location and I like the floor plan that was offered.

I was absolutely blown away by the communication! The response time to my emails and texts was lightning-fast—I never had to sit and worry about a thing. As a first-time homeowner, I went into this knowing almost nothing, and the patience shown to me was incredible. I never felt like I was asking a 'dumb' question. I loved the app, that included pictures since I was located in another city. The personnel along the way were amazing. The floor plan options allowed me to choose a home that I simply love.

do not like the $500 change fee during construction because the kitchen cabinets were not even in progress yet and we even paid extra for the additional cabinets to ceiling.

[name removed], [name removed], and [name removed] are what I consider Elite Status. Move-in: having to clean a 488k home prior to moving in is tragic and lack customer service. Not having more options in closet is unfortunate especially at 488k. Not having more options on room defining options other than a brick wall is unfortunate. Options provided is a money grab. Want to make an immediate improvement FIRE [name removed] Management yesterday. Sending emails to homeowners for weeds and magnolia not holding up to their own standards to green space that they govern is concerning. Tripping hazards on sidewalks, leaning light poles, bent street signs, dead bushes, etc….. FIX IT!

Final walkthrough superintendent said they would fix the foundation before closing still hasn’t fixed it. Looks like it’s getting worse. Also said he was gonna call us after 30 days for an inspection haven’t heard anything. Love the house never really liked dealing with builders after they get your money. Seems like they don’t care much.
