I would tell them to ask to use a different title company if possible. First American was frustrating to work with.

PSM is the way to go, they work with you and are open to all your questions. If they cannot find an answer for you right away, they will point you in the right direction till you are satisfied. You can’t go wrong with PSM.

Go with PSM, since they are transparent and they thrive their best to give best rate. They will make this stressful process as seamless as possible. In my case they were able to close within a week. With others you will have issue about meeting the closing date but not with PSM.
