We had issues with the house, paint, floors, dings, 3rd party inspection list. With the inspection list the contractor literally said we don’t do any of these…. In this area the way it is is code. I had to also reach out multiple times about a floor issue and it took about 3 weeks just to get a response. When I did the POC told me that they knew of the issue for months but they contractor said that they never heard of it… bad business. We also had an ant infestation day 1… I asked and was told to kick rocks or find my own pest control. Large holes are also left in the yard… big enough that my son fell, his leg with into the hole

Me and my wife purchased this home. All correspondence is only going to myself and not me and my wife. The home is too close to neighbors. As far as my home the house is a very nice modern home.

I appreciated the attention from the builders and the fact that they explained each part and piece of equipment in the house to me. I would have liked to have someone who spoke Spanish, but I didn't have any problems, since they were patient and understanding enough to explain everything to me in detail. I'd also like to give a special mention to the ladies at the main office for showing us around the house, and to the woman who helped us sign the documents.

I liked that everyone stayed in contact with me. there is a large orange utility tube in my front yard that noone seems to know who can get rid of it. we are the only house with this in our yard. we have asked to have it removed and it is still there. very frustrating.

The thing that we dislike the most was that the house was dirty outside, the sod in some areas was dead but it was still laid there when we all know it was not surviving, and that there was "Not" enough time for the walkthrough/orientation and confirmation meetings. Felt rushed and not enough time to look at everything. This could be by design not to notice shortcomings such as the door frames not being painted on the top, scratches on the cabinets, etc., or it could be a scheduling issue, I could not pinpoint the problem. We noticed a couple issues that may not be covered by warranty as soon as we moved in. The thing that we liked the most was the way the way our Sales Representative ([name removed] [name removed]) and Superintendent ([name removed]) responded to our concerns and addressed every situation. They are true professionals!

Everyone was friendly. Did not feel pressured to purchase a house. Style craft work with my timeframe. The home owners orientation and inspection was easy. [name removed] and [name removed] walks me through the entire house and explained everything to me.

The painters used for our home were very sloppy. There’s paint on the faucets, knobs, tubs, and walls or corners that wasn’t there during blue taping. it looked like the painters just got lazy and started going really quickly through the house, causing more problems to fix that we weren’t able to get them to repair

The quality of this home is NOT worth what we paid. The knicks in the walls that were just poorly covered, scuffs throughout the home from appliance installment that was also poorly addressed, the scratched banister, crooked light fixtures, the lack of communication on the washer drain connection, the paint used is so bottom barrel you cant evem touch it without leaving a mark, there's exterior nails beginning to poke out 6 weeks after moving in, the driveway is a terrible slant which was not evened out with the front entryway, and lastly the fence had entire pickets cracked and splintered all the way down. Ive personally observed the project managers on the houses being built next to us just sit in their trucks. There is no quality control or pride in craftsmanship. The workers on the jobsites are disrespectful and rude; to include leaving an abundance of trash (food wrappers, cans, tires, construction debris) that blows all over the neighborhood. I would NEVER recommend Stylecraft to another family in search of a home. Three Creeks is nothing but a scam for them to make money while producing poor quality homes. This will be the only home in 18 years in the military that I turn around and sell without renting just to be rid of it. Never again will I use Stylecraft or purchase in Three Creeks.

Overall, we had a very positive experience from contract through move-in. The highlight of the process was the people we worked with. Our salesperson, [name removed], was outstanding. She was kind, friendly, incredibly helpful, and always quick to respond to our texts and emails. She made us feel supported throughout the entire process. We also really appreciated the inspection process. [name removed] (our builder), [name removed] (our inspector), and [name removed] (our closing inspector) were all professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer our questions. Their thoroughness gave us confidence in the quality of our home and made the move-in process much less stressful. Overall, the responsiveness, professionalism, and genuine care shown by everyone we worked with made the experience a very positive one.

Walk through tour. And general appearance on first and second walk through. Walk through person refused to take ownership of the product. Kept saying “I’m not…” what ever specialist. Kept referring me to contractors. Terrible sales pitch. 1. This is a style craft home 2. I’m not dealing with contractors, i am dealing with style craft. 3. Your name is on this product. Therefore you should accept responsibility for it. 4. You hired the contractors. I did not. They represent YOUR quality. 5. If you can’t vouch for the contractor, then don’t use them. In general it looked and felt rushed and inconsistent. When walk through guy would get any push back, he would cave and say “I’m not the specialist” and similar then refuse to take ownership. If your not confident in your product. How can I be? This is your product. Not the contractors product. Even things that looked obviously wrong. Still refused to take responsibility.
