We were originally trying to applying for a house that had a washer and dryer, fridge and blinds but the house got sold so we accepted another house and wanted the same accommodations but wasn’t able to receive them

The email communication was good along with communication from the sales executive. The process overall very easy especially for first time home buyer. Very smooth Only dislike is I did feel a little less prepared for the home orientation and what I needed to know to look for.

I loved working with Virginia, she is just an absolute delight. Josh was great with answering questions and even making a couple of changes for me. The only thing I didn't like was the quality of paint, drywall and trim. The work was just sloppy in many parts of my home. Even after my orientation some items were fixed, but many minor issues remained.

I love my new Stylecraft home! But, I wish that there is something that could be done to block my view of the a/c unit and electric box and everything on the side of the new neighboring house. It is not a pleasant view now.

I recently completed my home purchase journey, and I have to say that there were several aspects of the process that truly stood out to me in a positive way. The tour process and homeowners orientation were particularly impressive. The homeowners orientation provided an excellent opportunity to familiarize myself with the various features and amenities of the property, which helped me feel confident and excited about my new home. Before signing the contract, I had the opportunity to explore various houses with Levi, which was another highlight of my experience. Levi was knowledgeable and attentive, ensuring that I had all the information I needed to make informed decisions. His guidance and expertise made the often daunting task of house-hunting much more enjoyable and stress-free. In the closing process Ben was also super helpful in making sure that things were taken care of and all of our questions were answered. Additionally, the entire process was made smoother by the clear steps laid out through Kangaroo and Stylecraft. Having a well-structured plan helped manage my expectations and provided a clear roadmap from contract to move-in. This level of organization was instrumental in reducing any potential stress and allowed me to enjoy the excitement of acquiring a new home. While my overall experience was highly positive, there was one aspect that I wished had been different: the location of the closing. The closing took place at a lawyer's office, which, while professional, felt somewhat detached from the emotional significance of the occasion. I believe that having the closing at the new home itself would have added a personal touch and made the moment even more special. Being in the house during such a pivotal moment would have provided an immediate sense of ownership and celebration, marking the transition more intimately. Overall, my home buying experience was overwhelmingly positive, thanks to the thoughtful processes and the wonderful people involved.

Kyleigh in the sales office was so kind and helpful. Making sure I had the information to set up utilities and even welcoming me during move in. The utilities connect company that contacted me was not helpful for my neighborhood as they stated they wouldn’t be able to contact anyone for me and didn’t even provide me all numbers like Kyleigh did. Mark who did my home orientation was also fantastic and really helped with all my questions about the house.
