The home warranty process is terrible. Everytime [name removed] came to my house he told me it was a “problem my dad could fix for me” or he would say “let me know if it gets worse” another great thing [name removed] said to me when trying to get my dented garage door address was “how do I know you didn’t drive your car into the door and dent it yourself”. Not sure what the point in the home warranty is if I am just going to get blamed or told to fix it myself.

Superintendent [name removed] and [name removed] were great. [name removed] was very helpful on all the questions we had. There is no perfect build, but [name removed] make it seems to address the issues we had during building. Its volume builder, not a custom house, and it felt like we were almost doing it custom since we can pick and choose every detail, unlike other builder who have a package like if you go package 1, white cabinets and this and that. [name removed] excels in customization.

Everything was great from the beginning. [name removed] did a great job helping us through the process and being patient as we made decisions and negotiated. He felt like a real advocate for us while still representing Stylecraft. Everything was always very organized and efficient. Everyone we met from [name removed] ([name removed], [name removed], and [name removed]) were great answering our questions, fixing any issues, and just overall being incredibly helpful and responsive. I can't say enough about how great this experience was for first-time homebuyers.

From [name removed] showing us the floor plans to our final walkthrough, everyone made us feel at ease, supported, and genuinely cared for throughout the entire process. They were always responsive, answered every question we had, and made what could have been a stressful experience feel seamless from start to finish. We couldn’t have asked for a better home-buying experience!

The service we received from the staff was above and beyond. [name removed] took lead looked into every thing I asked of him. When l would show up to look at every aspect and progress of our home , he made sure to go everything all that was done and the step in the plan. Please note I was here daily. He is a great service oriented employee. Everyone else that was involved also did fine job. After the move in [name removed] has stopped in to check to be sure we having no problems. Of the many homes I bought this has been by far the best experience we have had. [name removed] and [name removed]

Wish there was more info on how to navigate the apps you get from the various QR codes for reporting issues. The websites are not user friendly.

I am not happy with how they handled the issue with my car getting cement, paint or whatever it was, the kept pushing it on me. The other was how they handled with issue with our house getting caught between the face that they changed the windows in my living room and dining room. Without that being communicated to us. This is very unexceptional, mainly due to the fact that they have no way to prove that it was communicated to us. As far as small things that have come up and needed fixing its been good.

I loved how the entire team was professional and quickly responded to my questions during the process. They made the purchase of my home very easy. The contract was explained very well by [name removed], and I was reassured I was making the right choice. She has become a friend and not just a salesperson. Stylecraft allowed us to make many changes in the home to facilitate the use of a wheelchair. We had many requests and most of them were met. There were a few that faced structural restrictions. Communication during the construction was sometimes difficult with emails unanswered for longer than what felt professional in the timing of a response. Our particular went through 5 Supers, which meant some items went through repeat discussions to bring the new one to speed.
