The quality of the appliances in the house are average. I understand they are builder grade, but need to step that up a bit. One item in particular is the dishwasher. Very sub par. Also, when we moved in, not sure there was a whole house clean done as promise. I had to go in and clean floors etc. Our outside windows were definitely dirty. Should have been cleaned. On a positive note, [name removed], who came out for our initial walk through and specific month check ups, has been easy to talk to and good at explaining any questions we might have had.

We really liked the smooth move-in process and how everything is kept very well organized and streamlined. It took away some of the stress that tends to come with buying a home. Everyone was very easy to get ahold of, everyone was so friendly!

Well-Built home at fair price. Maybe location of trainyard and potential for a spill, The noise from the trains has not kept us awake at all. We are not worried about resale. We are not physically, emotionally, or financially able to move.

The interactions with the staff during the inspection prior to close was professional. I was not too happy with the 1 year warranties on both the roof, and foundation. I find it hard to believe that this is industry standard on new builds. I'm confident I won't have any issues, but lack the peace of mind.

Staff cared about us and were always there to answer our questions. When I make warranty claims, they are handled quickly. It has been a good experience. [name removed] and [name removed] are good people and have treated us very well.

There are a lot of items within the home that were done to subpar quality. The representatives have been willing to work on the issues but unfortunately the issues are not always resolved the first try.

Why is such cheap paint used? Your builders need to be more careful when they apply anything. I think somebody’s not paying attention. I have XXXXX on my doors glass doors. I have a light that is positioned incorrectly that it gives no light to the side of the house at night. The lawn is horrible because there’s crevices and holes.

So far so good. Whatever we have asked to stylecraft they have done all of our concerns. Only concern we have about comode in upstair restroom. It is small for me. No any other problem.
