I like the blue tape walk through [name removed]. Not only was he very informative he also saw thing that we overlooked and treated the walkthrough as if it were going to be his own home looking at every inch of the house with us.

-wasn't a happy camper that I couldn't get the pergola in the front...I loved that design! -not crazy that I had to pay for a covered back patio...that should be standard for the house design that I chose.

Overall the experience was easy also helps to have a good realtor. However they made commitments that they did not follow up on. For example laying sod right instead of digging up the ground and removing rocks and weeds they jsut cut it down and laid the sod on top. I also have a drainage issue that they said they would fix during but have not done anything about it.

I like that the lender communicated all the details. My overall experience was good, but my closing coordinator didn't submit my inspection until the last minute. I also didn't appreciate the granite company saying that a visible stain on my countertop was part of the stone, I am a very patient and understanding individual; therefore I expect to be treated fairly. I felt a bit lost after signing because I didn't get the first-time buyer help I needed until after I called my coordinator. I think that service is essential for first-time buyers because it helps with getting the basics sorted.

My wife and I ABSOLUTELY LOVED how [name removed] and [name removed] always communicated with us. They never left us in the dark while our house was being built. [name removed] whole personality made everything SO EASY; she answered any question, or if she didn't know. Oh, you best believe she will find out and have the answer for you. [name removed] is a very professional guy. Made sure all problems were taken care of. And kept us in the loop with any changes in the building of our home. We are very impressed with the work and how our home turned out.

Everything went well with contract and build progress thanks to [name removed] for keeping us updated with build status and photos. Closing went well. Arrival/ move in seemed mediocre. Some items from orientation still weren’t completed prior to move in. [name removed] did take care of some issues and was very helpful.
