Getting approved to signing the documents was a great experience. Working with [name removed] to do the walk through and getting things done after move in has not been that great. First I was given the wrong info for turning in work orders. I have tried to contact [name removed] with no response. I will be submitting work orders for the stuff that was not finished from the walk through. Still finding blue tape around the house where things were marked and not done. We couldn’t walk around the back of the house on the walk through so nothing was corrected there. Also there are places along the fence line that is over 2 inches high and I have to figure out how to keep my puppies from escaping. .

I felt like there were promises and comments made that just didn't get follow-through. The house is great and it isnt like they outright treated me badly, I just felt snubbed a lot of the time.

There are small imperfections throughout the home—such as uneven tile placement, miscut wood, inconsistent caulking, and sloppy tile grout—that suggest a lack of attention to detail during construction. With a bit more care and precision in the initial stages, the overall quality and finish of the home could have been significantly improved.

I saw [name removed] [name removed] [name removed], it was love at first sight. The entering into the contract phase was a bit rocky, the sales person was a bit dodgy and double talked, almost turned me off...I have nothing but the best to say about [name removed] Lending, [name removed] is awesome. [name removed], my Closing Coordinator was great, then you saved the even better - [name removed] and [name removed] have been absolutely fantastic! The entire team (minus the sales person - I cannot remember his name) are complete all stars! Very professional, concerned with the end product and MY HOME! I cannot say enough about them and I love my home.

Everyone who helped us was extremely helpful and just had a warm presence about them. [name removed] from day one made us feel at peace with the home-buying process, was very professional but also personable. [name removed] and [name removed] were very thorough when doing the walkthroughs with us, were able to answer every question, address every concern we had without question, and made us feel confident in our decision to purchase. What we disliked most was the handful of cosmetic imperfections, some of which aren’t fixable. For example some of the windows are crooked (found during blind installation). Some drywall is misshaped. We’re not a fan of some of the outlet and lightswitch placements. Also not a fan of the narrow driveway.
