The service we received from the staff was above and beyond. [name removed] took lead looked into every thing I asked of him. When l would show up to look at every aspect and progress of our home , he made sure to go everything all that was done and the step in the plan. Please note I was here daily. He is a great service oriented employee. Everyone else that was involved also did fine job. After the move in [name removed] has stopped in to check to be sure we having no problems. Wish there was more info on how to navigate the apps you get from the various QR codes for reporting issues. The websites are not user friendly.

I am not happy with how they handled the issue with my car getting cement, paint or whatever it was, the kept pushing it on me. The other was how they handled with issue with our house getting caught between the face that they changed the windows in my living room and dining room. Without that being communicated to us. This is very unexceptional, mainly due to the fact that they have no way to prove that it was communicated to us. As far as small things that have come up and needed fixing its been good.

I loved how the entire team was professional and quickly responded to my questions during the process. They made the purchase of my home very easy. The contract was explained very well by [name removed], and I was reassured I was making the right choice. She has become a friend and not just a salesperson. [name removed] and [name removed] with [name removed] [name removed] were very helpful too. [name removed] and [name removed] showed me how everything in the house worked and showed me what I needed to do if any problems arise. I have a very pleasant experience.

Stylecraft allowed us to make many changes in the home to facilitate the use of a wheelchair. We had many requests and most of them were met. There were a few that faced structural restrictions. Communication during the construction was sometimes difficult with emails unanswered for longer than what felt professional in the timing of a response. Our particular went through 5 Supers, which meant some items went through repeat discussions to bring the new one to speed.

What I liked most was how straightforward and convenient the process was. The instructions were clear, and everything was easy to complete. I don’t have any major dislikes, though quicker response times or more frequent updates would make the experience even better

I love that my house has a lot of room. Thanks to style craft we have more than enough bathrooms we was originally looking for two bathroom we ended up with three bathrooms every one has there on bathrooms.

Like: Cost, warranty repair responsiveness, staff friendliness and helpfulness Dislike: Quality of some minor build components (bottom shower seal, protruding nail ends (50+) between transitions from hardwood to carpet, initial (lack of) bug resistance, roof shingle security, protruding nails in wood between driveway and garage, overall seals (visible gaps) between exterior doors and their frames, caulking in every square inch of house transition pieces, frequent poor potable (drinking, sink, shower, etc…) water quality from nearby construction in the subdivision, etc…). All were minor items, and most were easily and quickly resolved under the home warranty with zero issues.

My only dislike were my walk through experiences. There were corrections that I asked for with painting or specific damage to doors etc. that were difficult to address. It felt like I was expected to accept the home with the defects. Thankfully, my agent was with me during the walk throughs and after a lot of back and forth we were able to get the corrections done.
