My sales associate [name removed] was awesome. He frequently went and took pictures for me because I was out of state and kept me updated on the entire thing in the process. He made sure I got the upgrades that I wanted. Overall it was an extremely easy process and would highly recommend to others, especially I sales representative.

As an out-of-state buyer (while my husband was local), my biggest area for improvement would be communication throughout the building process. I would have appreciated more proactive updates via email or text; genuine, thorough check-ins detailing progress, any inconsistencies, and things to be aware of so that I could better prepare for the walkthrough experience. Since I was unable to walk through the home in person, I found it difficult to catch certain issues ahead of time, including the final cleaning or paint marks of the home. That said, [name removed] and [name removed] were exceptional. They truly made me feel heard and took action to resolve my concerns through the warranty portal, and I'm grateful for their responsiveness. On the positive side, the overall contracting process was very smooth. Our sales representative [name removed] was outstanding, incredibly kind and knowledgeable and I would recommend her to anyone without hesitation. Toward the end of the process, we encountered some unexpected hiccups before closing, but Style Craft responded quickly and made decisive moves to ensure we were taken care of and in our home. That level of support meant a great deal to us and reflects well on the team's commitment to their buyers. Thank you to the entire Style Craft team.

The overall craftsmanship during the construction of our home has been extremely disappointing. It feels like the contractors and crews Stylecraft employs take very little pride in their work. We encountered numerous issues caused by careless mistakes and a clear lack of attention to detail. Even after closing, we continue to discover problems throughout the home, including paint splattered on the floors, scuffed flooring, and gouges in the drywall that should have been addressed before completion. What was most concerning, however, was the condition of the home once the water was turned on. During multiple visits to check on the progress, my wife and I found that workers had been using the home’s bathrooms, leaving urine and feces in the toilets. This was completely unacceptable and very unprofessional. Overall, the experience has been frustrating and far below the level of quality and care we expected in a newly built home.

The only issue that I have is that the property above me - the yard seems to be graded wrong - when it rains heavily the water pours over the retaining wall. I have been told it is being looked into.

Some of the paint in the closet door is sticking, when we did our blue tape walk through we had brought up the front door and how it wasn’t set correctly and it’s still doing it now. Also some of the doors are living on there own.
