I was unable to use my computer when trying to contact Stylecraft about an issue; however I was able to contact [name removed] to resolve the issue through a phone call. So far, we have had no big issues with our Stylecraft home.

The paint in the house is already cracking and peeling and during curtains time of daylight you can see where the paint was not adequately applied and can see the drywall underneath and some baseboards from the remodel of the leak showing bare wood. Spending more time I have also noticed how crooked so many of the walls are and also how cheap and low quality the carpet is as it is shedding like crazy.

They sell me a house with no kitchen cabinets, no garage door.they told me I was supposed to do it by myself.Finally I realized that the order bulder offer those .I have my friend in the same area he got those.how can I buy a house of 300 k without cabinet and garage door.last month I have an issue I contact the warranty request .they come and say they don't cover that problem.

There is a moldy smell in my house every time I switch from heating to air conditioning. I've had several visits and was told it's "normal". But there is nothing normal about a mildewy and moldy smell in a brand new home. This could potentially impact the health of my family, and deter renters in the future (since I'm active duty military). I wish that stylecraft would look into the root cause of this smell and ensure their home is safe to live in, and not a mold farm.

Denied my clam of defective driveway ! Both panels closest to my house are cracked all the way across! It is obvious to me that there was a problem in the construction that led to this problem!

Very smooth since the first day I went to see my house, which was half way built. I liked that I had an idea of when I wanted to be in a home and Stylecraft had different houses in different building stages that allowed me to choose the right house according to my deadline. All staff that I interacted with was very friendly and a formative. My experience with Stylecraft allowed me to introduce Stylecraft to friends and family.

Appliances are on the lowest end of the mfr model scale. Thrift store quality. No thought was put into future needs. i.e. the stove is gas. no 220 outlet was provided for an electric model. Walls were not primed before painting. Paint is really thin. Noticed out of square corners.

Our overall experience was excellent. We initially toured several homes with [name removed] with the intention of purchasing one of them. We were referred to Kangaroo for loan prequalification; however, we did not receive much assistance through that process. We ultimately worked with [name removed] from [name removed] [name removed] for our home loan, and he was outstanding. He made the entire loan process smooth and stress-free. When we signed our 30-day contract with [name removed], he was extremely helpful and took the time to thoroughly explain each step. Our orientation with [name removed] was equally positive, as he clearly explained everything and addressed our questions. Additionally, the construction supervisor was attentive and ensured all necessary items were repaired and painted prior to closing. Overall, the entire process was seamless and made easy for us from start to finish.

I would love to see a park or a pool in the neighborhood for the children. Our HOA is a little high for not have anything.

The process was effortless. There were scheduled services of the orientation, inspection, confirmation tour and closing. These were scheduled and well carried out. I also was given options for services needed in the home which I used to make the best choices. My only dislike is the use of computer technology for reviewing and signing documents. This caused some discomfort but staff worked with me to ease my anxiety. Overall, this was a learning experience and I love my new home!
