[name removed] has been OUTSTANDING! He truly cares about customer satisfaction and the integrity of Stylecraft. I called him this morning with an electrical issue (may have been an owner issue) and in less than one hour he was at my residence FIXING the problem. This level of responsiveness is rarely seen and makes me believe as an owner that Stylecraft, and its' employees, truly care about home owners long after the purchase of their home. [name removed] is the kind of employee that makes any business, undertaking, etc., successful. Many thanks!

Poor workmanship on the exterior of the house and we continue to have electrical issues in our house. The breakers are overloaded and not enough designated outlets. Breakers are constantly tripping. Unsatisfied

Everything seemed great until move in. They don’t tell you that you can only use [name removed] for electricity and internet. This home seemed like they just hurried up and got it done. The landscaping is horrific. I don’t to make this an essay, so I’ll stop there.

I enjoyed how I was treated from the very beginning. How they kept me up to date on the status of my house to addressing and fixing any issues I had. They where easy to reach and responded to email in a very quick and timely matter I would recommend them to anyone

I was extremely satisfied with the knowledge and promptness of everyone involved. The people on staff that I dealt with weekly were helpful in multiple ways from answering my questions to lending information about topics I may not have been aware of ahead of time. Overall a great team to work with.

The whole home purchasing was very easy and everybody from the underwriting and the application was extremely easy. It took three weeks to close on the house. I was extremely happy with the professionalism of everybody, and this is the best experience I ever had buying a home prior from buying this house I had two other homes and this is was the easiest everybody was professional and understanding and polite and if I ever buy another house, I would buy from you guys thank you very much. There are no dislikes. Everything was 200% better even the loan company was excellent. Even the title company did did an amazing job with everything keep up the good work and God bless Texas.

We disliked the fact that we couldn’t request upgrades even if we were to pay upfront. We were always told “Oh, you do that after the build is finished”. Something as simple as getting the garage insulated.

The salesperson [name removed] made us feel welcome as we relive in Reno, [name removed] and moving to Texas. May us feel welcome. Understood. Helped us through all the questions we had and keep answering questions even after the closing. Thank you very much

Dislike- cabinets are low quality and there were cracks in the seams. Warranty is pretty easy to get a hold of and set up inspection. The buying was easy, long but easy

I am very satisfied with the service and commitment given by [name removed] staff, especially Mr. [name removed] ( Warranty Manager ), for providing me with good service and being very helpful. A lot of issues have been solved by him and his co-workers. I am not satisfied with the wall lighting installed in all the bathrooms since it has rusted after about five months. I have tried to reach the Regional Warranty Director, Mr. [name removed], on this issue, but he did not respond to my calls and messages. One more thing is that I am not happy with the A/C thermostat installed because it does not have the remote connection or wifi capability. I believe that it would not cost much if the house were provided with a thermostat that can be controlled remotely. I would like to thank Mr [name removed] for his support. I really appreciate it!

It went pretty smoothly! However we are military and had to buy the home sight unseen. After moving into the home we see there are lots of problems. Issues with the sprinkler. Outlets don’t get power. Also lots of cosmetic problems all throughout the home. Super upsetting.
