Just mainly the amount of issues that that are arising. Floor being one of them. Which that takes a toll just because it does take work and moving furniture to fix over and over. However, mark has done a wonderful job and seeing that is is resolved and no other issues arise. My only Dislike is the quality of work. I do love the people and the protectiveness of making sure it all right.

I disliked the consistent staff turn-over, we went through four building managers and were not notified of two of the changes in staff.

We did not get to pick some of the features since it was already in progress. I would have liked to be able to add features during the construction instead of having to wait til after closing.

I most liked the ease with which I was able to communicate with Stylecraft personnel. I most disliked how Stylecraft sub-contractors discarded (and continue to discard) trash throughout the neighborhood. Regrettably, I seem to be the only one who makes any effort to pick up this debris, and I have filled countless trash bags with garbage carelessly tossed throughout the community over the past year.

[name removed] was incredible, he resolved every issue I had promptly and with quality work. [name removed] was just the icing on the cake. So far it has been pretty good. A few minor details were missed from the walkthrough that we decided to fix ourselves rather than worry about getting a second person in. The only inconvenience which is also a funny story was no one turned the gas on to our water heater, and we didn't have hot water for the first night. My daughters got to have their first cold showers.

The purchase went great. [name removed] was fantastic. But, since buying the house, I have a few issues. I am still trying to get them fixed, despite having reported them. I am hoping they get fixed soon. 1. This is the biggest problem... I originally sent photos of a problem to [name removed] on 2-9-25. The mortal/grout (not sure what it is called) was falling off at the top of the stone wall on the front of the house (around the garage area). Also, another section along the bottom of the wall has numerous cracks showing. [name removed] told me that the bottom issue is due to cracks in something called the "parge." Anyway, I have dealt with 2 different Stylecraft warranty workers since my initial report. And, I've been told 3 different times that the "stone guys" would be there that day to fix it. It still hasn't been fixed. I have exchanged texts, emails and voicemails numerous times. And, last week, I saw someone from [name removed] at my house, taking photos of it. But, it still is not resolved. This grout was removed, and was replaced with silicone. However, I have followed up with additional photos. It looks horrible. It honestly looks like black mold where this clear silicone is located. That was done during the first attempt to fix it. My wife was so upset, and claimed she never would have purchased the house had it looked like this originally. I would really like to get this issue resolved ASAP. It has gone on almost a month now. 2. I had issues with 2 of my outdoor water faucets leaking. The faucet was leaking between the faucet and the aerator attachment (I am not sure what the real name of this part is). The aerators were removed on these two faucets, and were later replaced. The one by the power meter works great - it is fixed. The one hooked to my water hose (on the side where the a/c is located) is still leaking between the faucet and the aerator. One of your workers told me that Slim Plumbing was going to have to come replace the faucet. But then last week, an aerator appeared on that faucet. [name removed] told me it was fixed, however, it is still leaking. I let him know via text about that right away - but it is still leaking as of today. 3. I think his name is [name removed] - he covered for [name removed] one day. I reported some flooding on 1 side of my house. I was told by the Stylecraft maintenance employee that the fence company would have to come out and adjust the level of the yard, as water is coming down the fill straight into my yard. I am not sure what the status of this is, as I have not heard back. 4. I have not reported this problem yet - as I will need to be home for it to be fixed. I was planning to report it on this Friday, so that maybe it can be resolved during Spring Break week while I am home. On the outside of the garage door, there is some sort of yellow glue stuck to the garage door. It is at the very top of the garage door, and is even on the inside of the rubber seal around the upper garage door. It will not clean off. I assume that portion of the door will need to be repainted. The problem is that there is about 1" at the very top of the exterior garage door that doesn't get painted (it is just white). That glue/yellow adhesive is located right on that spot.
