Every team member went out of their way to accommodate any needs or answer any questions I had. I had several interactions with multiple team members, and every interaction was positive and upbeat. I began my [name removed] and [name removed] from the office here onsite. Both were very professional, easy to contact, approachable, and extremely knowledgeable of all the properties here in the community. [name removed] took me through the process of going over the contract and getting signatures from me. She was very knowledgeable about the contracts and made that process go very smoothly. She made herself readily available to answer any questions, grant me access to the property when I had questions or needed measurements, she was always upbeat and took the time to get me what I needed. She worked with and coordinated the process with my realtor and my underwriter, and both of those individuals spoke very highly of [name removed] and her work ethics. Later in the process I met with [name removed] and [name removed] onsite to discuss inspections and warranty processes. From the initial meeting, I knew I was in good hands with the field staff. Both [name removed] and [name removed] were very professional, knowledgeable, readily available, and willing to answer questions, show me the processes, and walk me through the inspection parts of the process. We had a few little items that needed attention and they went above and beyond to make it happen, especially after we got hit with that cold spell and the sleet/ice. I had my doubts of them completing the task before closing....but they made it happen, with time to spare. From the beginning to the end, from both office and field staff, I expressed multiple times that the process of purchasing this home was a very smooth and stress-free experience for me. I have a chronic disability with Parkinson's Disease and was dreading the process of purchasing a home. Things like this can actually make a chronic disease progress, so naturally one would dread it. I really do feel like this purchase was a process and a blessing from God. From the time I started to the day I closed, I had zero stress, 'Set the Bar" service, and it was all within a month. I couldn't make that happen, that was divine intervention. That also speaks volumes for your team and the company. So, to answer the question: No dislikes, and the likes......well...you get the point. I love my house and I am extremely grateful for and blessed with getting to work with your team. I hope God blesses your company and you sell every property you build. Thank you everyone, [name removed]

Me and my husband loved how easy the process was of buying a home that is beautiful and the accommodates to us and our growing family! Everyone from the Style Craft Agent ([name removed]) that sells the homes to the home managers ([name removed] and [name removed]) that helped us on our blue tape walk are so pleasant and very helpful with fixing issues and making us feel so important. The only thing that we disliked was during the blue tape walk we had to tape sooo many things/issues. I wish that the builders would just take a little more time to make it right the first time and then we wouldn’t have been so stressed about them fixing it before we moved in. However they were able to fix 99% of the issues and we were very satisfied! Overall we would choose Style Craft again in the future!

There were small things that we were told would be cleaned or touched up before we moved in and the cleaners did not complete all of those things.

Everyone has been amazing to deal with. We were surprised how above and beyond everyone went to make sure the house was ready for us to move into.

There are so many problems. Where do I start? The #1 issue is mold in the house. It made me sick, and I am being treated for mold toxicity. I have positive readings by a state licensed mold inspector, but [name removed] has refused to accept responsibility and reimburse my expenses. Currently, I have over $17,000 in expenses charged on a credit card, and over $5500 worth of items thrown away (the remediation company recommended that some items be discarded, and they removed many of these items themselves). That number is not finalized, as I still have a garage full of items to go through. I have been living in an apartment since November, after staying in a hotel was proving to be too expensive. [name removed] has ruined my life financially. The average person cannot afford both a mortgage AND an apartment. I have had to charge all of our expenses. While dealing with this mold problem, I have been blocked by a Stylecraft supervisor. He blocked all calls and emails to me, and even admitted to it later on. He claims it was an accident, but currently a Vice president of the company is also refusing to respond to my phone messages and emails. After the remediation, I hired a company to come figure out the cause of the mold, so it doesn't happen again. They discovered the source, and I left [name removed] a voicemail about the matter. About a week later, I also emailed him the official report. I have never heard back from him personally again. Prior to the end of November 2025, he would always get back to me immediately. I bought the house in February 2025. I then got sick 2 months after moving in. After going to approximately 10 doctors with no initial solution for the cause of the illness, I took a guess and hired a mold detection specialist in July 2025. Mold was found. Then, we spent months trying to find the mold. However, we did not get rain at our house for close to 3 months. Finally near the end of October 2025, it rained. The next test 3 days later had an enormous reading of mold in the house. a reading of over 10,000 in the master bedroom, over 3400 in the master closet, and over 74,000 in one wall of the master bedroom! [name removed] did eventually pay for remediation (no easy task, as I had to bring in someone to drill holes into the wall and take photos), but when no visible mold was found, they refused to pay for any of my expenses. However, the specialist who did the mold testing, along with another company I hired, both explained that it is not uncommon to not see any mold on the back of drywall. The mold can be white in color, or even microscopic. Mold tests of the removed drywall would have needed to have been done. And, the expert I later hired stated that he has had the same situation arise before, and testing of the drywall has previously found microscopic mold under similar circumstances as mine. The air test proves that there was mold, especially at levels that high. After remediation, mold levels in the house have been much lower. Also, part of the remediation process involves an air test to clear the house after the work was done. [name removed] paid for remediation, but has not paid the $1370 for that clearing air test. I had to pay for this expense. It is actually part of the entire remediation procedure. To date, I have spent over $6,000 in mold air testing. None of it has been reimbursed by [name removed]. I am being treated by a doctor for mold toxicity, and I even have to take blood tests monthly to make sure my liver is not being damaged from the medication I am having to take for this issue. The simple act of buying a house from Stylecraft has ruined our lives. If I were to sell the house now, I would also lose a large portion of the value of the home. Why? Because the house has previously had mold, and it has also gone through the remediation process. No one will pay market value for this home under these circumstances. We have had MANY other problems with this house as well, but I have written enough already.

From contract to closing and move-in, the entire process was extremely smooth and enjoyable. [name removed], our sales consultant, was fantastic. She was always helpful, responsive, and made sure we understood every step along the way. The communication and organization from the whole team made the experience feel easy and stress-free, which was honestly very different from what I expected when building a home. Overall, it was a very positive experience from start to finish

I brought an area to the attention of warranty, and was told they would only fix one area like that and to wait until the 10 months mark to decide which area would be fixed. ANY area should be fixed as it was not due to me living here that it was deficient.
