The house is beautiful. We do enjoy it. Our biggest dislike is the quality of appliances. Mainly our exhaust fan over the stove. It’s works very poorly and so in turn grease and steam are damaging the cabinets above the stove. When we asked to have it fixed we were told that we would need to buy a new one to resolve our issues. He stated there was nothing wrong with the microwave vent system, only that is was low quality and they will not fix or replace it.

I love the fact that even though that we were going through a certain situation with a lender that they were patient and they continue to work with us and show us that they valued our wants and needs in the home that we were acquiring, and they never stopped working with us, and they never gave up throughout the whole process, and we are very grateful to [name removed] and the rest of the style craft team for being so very patient with us throughout the whole process.

While communication was good it could have been better. Felt like a disconnect between Stylecraft and the lender. There were times when I had to email for information when it could have been more forthcoming.

Experience was great! This is our first home. [name removed] lending was amazing! The staff, Mikes and [name removed] were always available and answered any questions. The disappointment was our paint. It’s flat paint. A lot of imperfections and some were not completed. This will be done when we repaint.

[name removed] always makes sure that my warranty issue has been addressed and repaired properly each time, and it makes a huge difference to have [name removed] who always answers/returns my calls. [name removed] has also been kind and quick to repair all the issues at my house despite his busy schedule. There were some issues that needed repair during the 5-month-assessment appointment, and [name removed] gave me his word that they (and other issues that may arise after 5-month-assessment) will be repaired.
