Overpromise and under delivered throughout the entire process. No clear plan to completion. No communication through completion. Constant changes with no notice. [name removed] ripped up every ounce of excitement of building a new house and then set it on fire. Truly the most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had with a home builder.

I loved how quick everyone was to respond. I also appreciated how throughout the walk-through, [name removed] was sure to point out and tape any imperfections he noticed that I didn't. These two parts really had an overall positive impact for us.

The biggest frustration was the overall construction timeline and lack of consistent communication from Stylecraft. Our home was already in the framing stage in April, yet we did not close until September 30. For a home that far along in the spring, the process felt much longer than expected, and there were several periods where we did not have a clear understanding of what was causing delays or when the home would actually be completed. As we approached closing, there were still significant items that needed attention, including issues identified during our independent inspections. Some important concerns were still outstanding very close to closing, which made the final stage more stressful than it should have been. We are happy to finally be in the home, but the experience would have been much better with a more accurate construction timeline, more proactive updates from Stylecraft, and stronger quality-control checks before the final walkthrough and closing.

Working with [name removed] and [name removed] was easy and pleasurable. they were available to answer questions as they arose and were always patient. The hand off portion became a bit challenging, [name removed] was extremely rigid and scripted and struggled when anything did go as he planned.

My son prepared the way with purchase of home. We got in a little late to redesign the master bath . Being a Senior safety is main concern and the green tub would not have been my choice. The shower is very nice and I put a grab bar for stability . But overall I love my new home and it is perfect for me.

We moved into [name removed] wood and while I understand that they do not maintain the part of the yard that is not sodded, i didn’t like that they just left trash and concrete and a huge dirt mound from burning cleared trees on that part of the yard and then said “oh we don’t do anything over there it’s not our problem”. Not really fair that they made the mess and it’s now on my dime to fix it and get rid of it.
