They are all fantastic. It doesn't matter what I go to them about they imediately take care of it. I have never had a builder go above and beyond the way they do from the wonderful sales Dept. ([name removed]) to the spectacular warranty Dept ([name removed]) and everyone in between. I could not be happier. Thank You Style Craft you guys are awesome.

Overall, I had a great experience purchasing our home. The most enjoyable part was reaching closing day and finally moving into our first house. It was a smooth process, and everyone involved helped answer questions along the way. The only downside was the amount of paperwork and waiting during certain parts of the process, but that’s expected when buying a home.

Interaction with reps/sales/warranty was good and professional. I am javing an issue with my plumbing though. Drains drain slow, toilets flush like there's air in the pipes and backup frequently. Kitchen sink drains pretty slow no matter how much draino I use.

I really appreciate how responsive your team was that coordinated the problems we had with our electric plug for our dryer, as well as helping me find the GCF plugs that I needed to reset, and our Garage door issues.

[name removed] and [name removed] were great to work with. We checked on our home as it was being built almost every week. Anything I wanted addressed , these guys got right on it and communicated it to me. One thing I was not happy with was the fact my house was not clean when we moved in. Example: some of the windows were not clean, primary shower glass had what looked like white powder film when the tile was installed. Counters tops and floors not clean. If [name removed] believed that it was clean, they need to find a new cleaning company. When you buy a brand new house, you certainly don’t expect to need to clean windows for sure.

My closing experience was not the best. Our closer forgot a few documents for us to sign and then we traveled to the closer to sign out documents where he was for his next signing. Then when we arrived he realized a 3fd person in our signing had to sign as well. We then went to the 3rd person and had them sign the document to send to closer. We closed at 10am and did not have the chance to start moving things into our new home until 3pm which then pushed out U-Haul rental another day. I do understand that people are human and make mistakes but their mistakes caused us a few small extra headaches. I did appreciated through the process with [name removed] that they were willing to work with us when we were waiting on the sale of the previously owned home. [name removed] is a doll and has been amazing to work with. She is kind, personable and just a joy to be around.

Honestly, it was all at or right after taking possession of our home. First, we were given the wrong keys at closing and were unable to get into our house until the next morning. Because our closing time was later in the afternoon, by the time we finished, no one was available to even meet us after to verify we were able to get in okay. So we had to wait, which worked out because the initial repairs needed from our walk through were subpar and required further attention. Also, because of scheduling and material inventory, it was weeks before a cracked window was replaced. However, after the delays and minor inconveniences listed, it has been fantastic being in such a beautiful and well built home for the past year.

[name removed] has been wonderful throughout the entire process — always kind, attentive, and detail-oriented. She truly accompanied us every step of the way and made us feel supported from beginning to end. When [name removed] was absent for a few days, [name removed] stepped in and guided us carefully through everything we needed to decide on and pay attention to. He walked us step by step through signing the initial documents and was extremely helpful and attentive. [name removed] from [name removed] was also incredibly supportive during the mortgage process. He helped us understand how to apply for our loan and was always available to answer our questions. Regarding construction, [name removed], who was initially in charge, was very good at the beginning. However, later on we had to reach out ourselves for updates, as communication slowed down. The construction was paused for several weeks without explanation, which was frustrating. Afterwards, we were informed that [name removed] would oversee the completion of the home. From that point on, it was [name removed] who kept us informed about the progress and provided updates on everything that was happening. On inspection day, [name removed] guided us through the entire process and carefully reviewed all the items that needed correction. [name removed] was also present, taking notes to ensure everything would be resolved as quickly as possible. Overall, we truly appreciated the dedication and support from the team, especially from [name removed], [name removed], and [name removed], although clearer communication during part of the construction phase would have made the experience even better.
