The contract and building process were pretty smooth, and we really haven't had major issues with our house, so we're quite happy in that aspect. However, living in the house and experiencing the construction around us has been quite awful. We've had to ask crews to turn their music down countless times, and have even gone to [name removed] a few additional times. On top of the excessive music, we've dealt with numerous instances of construction outside of 7am-7pm, with deliveries being made at 4:45 am, and crews still working as late as 8:45 pm, both preventing sleep in our household, so I'm sure others around us have noticed as well. Construction vehicles are often blocking the road, or even our own driveway, preventing us from parking in our driveway upon return, or having to locate someone to move their vehicle just so we can leave.

The only issue was an AC issue which the warranty department put in the request to have it fixed same day. Very much appreciated. [name removed], the superintendent was greatand so is the warranty department.

There were some issues that have not been addressed after move in, like the house keys not working on the back door locks, and the master bathroom linen closet not having shelves despite other houses with the same exact floorplan having shelves in the linen closet. Floor plan lists that closet as a linen closet, not a regular closet. How can I put linens in the linen closet if it doesn't have shelves? [name removed] them up on the wooden rod? C'mon now.

They did not resolve an issue we had prior to buying the home. We hire a 3rd party to come and inspect it prior to buying and it was noted in the "must Fix item" and what they did was the very bare minimum. The problem is still there.
