Contract through closing was very quick and easy. All involved were very professional and responsive. During our first walkthrough, we mentioned the floors looked very scuffed up and worn. There was paint spatter on the floors. We were assured they only needed to be cleaned. The walk through an hour before closing, we again asked about the terrible condition of the floors and were told the cleaners would be taking care of them. When we entered the house after closing and saw that the floors remained in poor condition we immediately felt extremely disappointed and regretful when we should have been very happy. It has been almost two weeks and we are still waiting for the floors to be assessed to know what the plan is for remedying the situation. We cannot unpack everything or set up all of our furniture until this has been resolved.

From the day we turned into the development, we had nothing but great experiences with everyone at Stylecraft. The salesman on property was [name removed], he is the nicest and most accommodating person. Always answered questions, always available and stood by us through the whole process. We used [name removed] [name removed] for our financing and everyone there was amazing. They went above and beyond and made our first new home purchase an absolute pleasure. Even when we had some delays in signing to sell our current home, they all stood by us and let things play out so we could keep the Stylecraft home we picked out. 5 stars are not enough...can I give it a 10 star rating?!?

Seems Stylecraft does not have full control on the performance and attention to detail that the trades and sub-contractors bring to the process. During the 1-year warranty period, we had to address several issues that were the result of contractor work in the installation of toilets, bathroom glass doors, and others. If it was not for the exceptional work of [name removed] and his team to address all those issues, my review and satisfaction would not be high. I want to thank [name removed] for his exceptional work in addressing all those issues.

We had issues with the house, paint, floors, dings, 3rd party inspection list. With the inspection list the contractor literally said we don’t do any of these…. In this area the way it is is code. I had to also reach out multiple times about a floor issue and it took about 3 weeks just to get a response. When I did the POC told me that they knew of the issue for months but they contractor said that they never heard of it… bad business. We also had an ant infestation day 1… I asked and was told to kick rocks or find my own pest control. Large holes are also left in the yard… big enough that my son fell, his leg with into the hole
