The on site agents were amazing throughout. Our original project manager was amazing he kept us informed and checked into any issues that came up during the building process. He left the company about a mouth before closing and it felt as though his replacement didn't want to be bothered with finishing the build. There have been finish concerns that came up and many were not addressed

I have been experiencing plumbing issues that are not being addressed. The plumbing company that has come out (twice) is not able to diagnose or fix the problem with knocking pipes when the upstairs toilets are flushed. I have submitted warranty requests and am not getting a response. Also, the tile in the master bathroom and guest bathroom floor is horribly flawed. [name removed] with the warranty dept said that I should note it on my end of the year walk-through. I hope this is something that will be addressed at that time. Lots of floor popping, which [name removed] also said they will correct at year end. I have an issue with "foundation drain" (24/7) out at my front curb as well. It looks awful and needs to be buried.

Our experience with The [name removed] Company has been great. It is a beautifully, well-built home and all services/care have been provided in a courteous manner. We are still waiting on one matter to be handled that was on the repair list; that is the outdoor handrails on the front porch stairs. The rails are not securely installed and bricks were cracked from install. The rails are also rusted.

Overall the process was fairly open and we were kept informed. There were some areas where communications were not clear. The granite selection in the design center was not current and the granite received did not match our expectations. Never told we would have front step railings. Given no choice in design of the railings. Had to the replace the railings due to fuctionality and quality at our expense. There were too many open items (list over 2 pages long) at closing day walk-thru. 1 closing day item still open after 2 moths. Never informed there would a $500.00 dollar HOA capital transfer fee associated with home purchase.

Warranty items took a really long time to be corrected. We have some new items that will be reviewed per the construction manager once the houses are finished on either side of us. Minor issues/corrections due to construction working being done on both sides of us.

I liked how organized the process was. I was informed of what to expect, in detail, at the beginning; designers at the studio were extremely helpful with answering lots of questions/concerns we had about picking out every detail of our home; then we received weekly updates, from the builder personally, listing detailed progress for that week. The quality of the home is wonderful and we agree that [name removed] uses every inch of the home so well. Excellent experience all the way around!

We had an underground leak in our plumbing and [name removed] pointed us in the right direction immediately. It was fixed and paid for via the warranty, no problem.

Like: Literally almost everything. It surpassed expectations for sure! I think we assumed there would be more hiccups and letdowns based on friends' stories about building a home, but honestly, this process was so delightful and the [name removed] team is definitely on top of their game. [name removed] to mention there were several "wow"/above and beyond moments. Dislike: We are a bit disappointed in some patches in the yard that didn't get grass, but [name removed] is keeping an eye on it with us. Also, we wish everyone was a little more upfront about the pool and setting expectations there.

I have been trying to get someone to come out and fix my steps and floors for months. My floors have gotten so bad that my children have tripped walking down the hallway because of how unlevel the floor has become
