Or lack here of.. The "Customer Care" manager, [name removed], is is a liar, has horrible customer service skills, lack of integry, and is overall just not a good person. The "Customer Care" representative that they send to my house , [name removed], is pretty much the same, only worse. He also has BO. Worst mistake of my life was buying a Woodside house.

My husband and I have been devastated by the dishonesty and concealing the truth about surrounding areas, and not being informed adequately about the train tracks nearby by the sales office staff at the time of visiting the model homes or signing the contract. It is only stated in the written contract, which I admit I did not read . We have been developing sleep apnea by the train horns honking throughout the nights, and furious that the builder did not do any construction adjustments to reduce the noise. The train track should have been highlighted prior to home buyers entering the contract, and not hidden. I will NOT recommend Woodside homes to anybody.

Most items are addressed and/or corrected. Others have not been, for example my island countertop seam. Warranty Manager [removed] came and to view my issues (I have had since moving in and existing before) with my island countertop seam on June 20, 2019 and I have not heard back from him since (just about a month). My island seam has been "repaired" 3 times.

the home overall is nice, but I didn't expect to have problems in my home since it is new. The drawer in the kitchen completely broke off the railing and it took almost 3 months to get someone to fix it. The water in the home wouldn't get hot and that took a few weeks to have fix. Since January 2018 I've been calling regarding my tile floor been uneven and it is now September and it still hasn't been fix, but it seems we might be getting close to having it fix. The sprinkler system in the front is supposed to be a drip system and since we moved in water has been gushing from one near the driveway when I had someone from woodside come to fix it he said that the warranty for the sprinkler system expired when I took possession of my home so he couldn't fix it. Seriously the warranty expires when I take possession of my home? how was I suppose to know that it wasn't working before I moved in? For the most part the people form Woodside that I'm dealing with now seem very nice but it jus

Customer care and warrenty service is terrible. Warrenty communication is horrible. Takes them an extremely long time just to respond to any issues I've sent via email. Literally took them a month to respond to an irrigation problem I was having.
