Any time input in a MyAkel request for service, I immediately receive information back on getting things fixed or explaining details to make me understand how/what caused my issue and details to resolve it. The entire team has bent over backwards to take care of me and my family

Strong building love it but try to improve your service in selection area . We went through 3 different designers during upgrades time every time different answers from 3 of them and things we could done better now I see in the neighborhood were never presented to us. Thanks yes it is very good builder ??

Everyone were attentive during the whole process except the mechanic who installed the above the stove microwave. Complete lack of care, left me with debris in the fan motor; causing the inability to properly vent cooking range and having the smoke alarm go off a number of times and plaster dust inside the micro.

18 months waiting period for a new construction that’s way overextended. When closing the house was not fully completed ( closets in master bedroom not installed, lack of painting, floor in bathrooms not finished properly, etc) . I had several complaints for the way that they built it. You sub contract to to sub contractor and kept the deposits for your clients for almost two years making you interest. I still have several complaints for the builder but still deciding into taking legal actions.

Contract period was great. [name removed] was an amazing realtor to work with. Very knowledgeable and helpful. [name removed] Spies was also a gem. Our closing day walk thru was not what I was expecting. We felt our concerns about the house we’re not taken seriously, and were made to feel as if we were inconveniencing the Akel team when we pointed things out. We are also very disappointed with the tile work in all 4 of our upgraded bathrooms. They were installed sloppy, crooked and with multiple color grout lines. As soon as [name removed] and [name removed] stepped in, we started to feel a little more comfortable with our move in process. [name removed] has done a good job so far making sure our other service requests are being fulfilled.

The timeframe I understand was out of everyone’s control. But when I get an email (not even a phone call) during my walk through to inform me that we can sign but won’t get keys until the next day because Akel’s title company works with a bank that isn’t a national one is strange to me. A bank not capable to complete a transaction 90min before closing is a wild concept in 2022. I thought it was handled unprofessionally and if it weren’t for [name removed] who’s hands were tied I’d be even more pissed. It was cold and the exact opposite of what I expect from a family run company.

A lot of what we picked in our design studio appointment wasn’t done or down incorrectly. It was very upsetting

We loved the entire [name removed], all team members are very nice, polite, helpful. We dislike our countertop on the kitchen because the color variation is too different from the one we choose, and we had a little surprise with the TV wall in my daughter bedroom. some other issues with the master's bedroom bathroom floor. Other than that everything is good. Other than that
