My refrigerator door doesn’t open all of the way. I’ve been trying to get this resolved but it’s very challenging to get someone to give me an answer

We like how quick they respond but dislike how many times we have had to call about certain items in the house. The trash can drawer being one and how we mentioned the island isn’t level and it won’t be addressed. We also don’t like how paint won’t be addressed even when it is a craftsmanship issue. The kitchen island being the main paint issue since it was being painted the day of closing causing it to not have a proper amount of time to dry prior to us moving into the home.
