There was not much to dislike as the entire process from start to finish was seemless.

I loved the Builder Connect app and the frequent updates on the construction process! The project manager was very helpful and went above and beyond, I could really tell that he cared about the product. I do think overall they could use to bring on a few more PMs because their current ones are very clearly overwhelmed with the amount of builds they are overseeing and that would often lead to a lack in communication. But I do not fault the individuals for that as I could tell they were doing their best. The design center was average. For example, I would have loved to see samples and/or at least photos of the appliance package offerings but the overall ffacilty was really nice and very helpful when picking out final choices.

Appreciate all that [name removed] and [name removed] did to assist us In getting this home from permit to closing in timely fashion. [name removed] and [name removed] continue to stay in contact with me post closing and have helped to get [name removed] and survey details for my lot and others around me. Assisted in help to contact [name removed] about fence proposal. I enjoy working with [name removed] and [name removed]. [name removed] stepped in at the end to facilitate punch list and final walk— he was instrumental in getting the items addressed timely and I appreciated his help too. He stayed in contact until all the issues were corrected.

The closing was not a problem and was very smooth. We closed on May 3rd but just moved into the home on June 21st

Overall purchase experience was very good. We liked getting weekly updates with pictures showing progress (even though several weeks were skipped in the process). The walkthrough the week before closing was very helpful and [name removed] was great to work with on the walkthrough. Just a lit disappointed in the seemingly low quality of the shower and tub products - several 'crack' issues and the material just didn't seem to be very well-made. Other than that, the construction quality seems to be very good.

There was not follow through on the patio extension offered. Over a month into living in the home and AC unit is still broken and should be replaced soon after a month of stress and still no blinds in the home so there is no privacy. I am happy with the structure of the home but the communication and the subs chosen by [name removed] have been extremely poor. Of the 4 homes I have purchased this has been my only negative experience in home buying.

The yard fell short of our expectations. There is barely a drive way it’s so short, and the backyard is almost completely unusable.
