From the very beginning I had [name removed] helping me with the 1st Stage of the picking out the style of my home . He was my go to angle for that stage. I also had a guide line of each step of the construction. That’s when my 2angle was there for every question & had answers [name removed]..Finishing home had a few issues but my 3rd angle [name removed] made all of them his issues and made sure they were all fixed.

[name removed] is very helpful in addressing issues I experienced. There is a water main on the left side of my home needs to be addressed. Water is holding on the side walk every time it rains.

Everyone has been very friendly and helpful. I have had a couple of communication issues where a project manager came to check on an issue instead of a particular vendor, which just drug out the process of getting things fixed.

I liked that the items we discussed were fixed. I disliked on the front end not having a contract stating that they would be fixed before we came to an agreement. Though they were all ultimately addressed, it was initially a slight concern. I disliked dealing with the registration of my products afterwards as no one seemed to know how I should go about it. I had to contact the manufacturer afterwards and send them the closing documents and other document I had to acquire from the installer.

I didn't dislike anything. My issue is that some spaces are small and some things that I paid for as an upgrade is standard in other homes at the same price point.

I was not told there would be an electrical vault put in the front of my flowerbed. The completion date was May 31st and didn’t close until September 15th. The paint on my front door is already peeling. Someone was supposed to do the touch up but hasn’t happened. I do really like the interior.

The slow response in getting service items done. There has been some turnover at Alvarez resulting in several balls being dropped.

The way everything was communicated as construction made progress. The video status updates by the project manager. The sales rep team was excellent in how they handled every question along all phases of the sale and after closing

I love my home, but it has had its issues. The turn around of people at Alvarez is detrimental to the homeowner. I’m finally getting things handled but it’s been a struggle for me. I’ve been here since February. Hopefully issues going forward are handled better.

Alvarez employees/managers respectfully express their desire for excellence and are helpful. Responses to questions are sometimes slow; the managers are probably spread too thin. The weekly video updates during construction were encouraging - definitely a plus. Some of the details of the home were finished poorly (possibly rushing through the job) and still need to be corrected: paint mistakes; concrete gaps on porch and at bottom of columns; no paint at the bottom of the columns-looks unfinished.

There have been multiple issues (toilet leaks at base, XXXXX ket falling off while running a bath, doorknobs coming off). I also still have things that were to be fixed at closing that still are unfixed. I have contacted project mangers and they are still unfixed.

Some of the things that was told would be done was not completed things in my home we’re broken electrical sockets was not working shower drains not working a lot of different things I was not taken care of as promised
