Our sales representative [name removed] was very flaky through the process and eventually completely stopped contacting us and would not reply to our questions. Many times he was either very late to our meeting or just didn't show up at all. On the other hand, our project manager [name removed] was excellent. He was always knew what was going on and kept us up-to-date as well. The other office staff like [name removed], [name removed], and partners through Pathway Title were all wonderful. However, some of the things on our walkthrough punch list have still not been addressed, including unfinished edges on doors and door frames.The major issues we had during construction related to landscaping and painting contractors. There were several instances where we needed [name removed] Landscaping to come out and redo work and correct mistakes that were not appropriate quality of work for what we were paying for. This regards both aspects: sod and concrete. The same could be said be said for the paint job. Markups made during the walkthrough process were never addressed when the contractors came back to our house several times. There are still splotchy patches and spots missing paint where someone obviously thought it would be too difficult to even make half an effort.

We loved the options we were able to chose and make it much more personal to our likings. We had great experience with the [name removed] team. Everyone was wonderful and we couldn’t have asked for a better builder and sales manager. We disliked not being able to chose our landscape. We feel like the building materials were great quality. Another dislike was the attic space and the way it’s designed. Would have liked to have better access to the lower parts (9’ sections). We had an overall amazing experience with Zero delays !

Was told the dues were $100 less and was told a back fence would be installed.

I was promised a back fence and [name removed] refuses to answer my texts, phone calls and will not answer the door. That’s my only issue as of now.

I like the fact that if I have a problem with anything or have a question the Alvarez company is very quick to respond. The company is very easy to talk to and very respectful to the customers.
