Worst experience ever! Have numerous things that were promised to be repaired before closing and were not! [name removed] the one in charge failed to make sure house was completed before sale! He came did unprofessional job in kitchen that up to now 3 weeks later still waiting to get it done correctly! As for finishes in house everything is low grade lowest quality!! Regret this purchase! Do not recommend armadillo house to anyone!

Loved the customer service by the sales agent Mr [name removed]. Loved how easy the sales agent and contractor made the experience and how thorough they were. Only dislike is the quality of the tile they used.

I have been struggling a lot to get warranty claims processed. The last ones took almost 3 weeks. And when they come to repair, they don't let you know they're coming and they expect someone to always be home, which isn't the case. That's why they have to call ahead.
