Real State Agent was hard to reach, constantly failing to abide by the appointments that she herself made with us, very simple and bland in her answers no really providing the info we asked. Very polite yes, but her actual commitment to attention to customer could be better. Other than that, house has a few minor details that we addressed since the beginning. Reached out to her and the builder a few times, but no real solution has been provided until no (as in, we haven't been contacted by anyone still). House is beautiful nonetheless. and we're really comfortable with it

Quality of home is not what was expected. Armadillo Structure is different from others. You can pass by to the street most vehicles are outside of the garage and in the driveway. Speak to the neighbors and they will all say that their vehicles just simply DO NOT fit inside the garage. That is simply just wrong. Armadillo said they would delivery a small pint of paint a year ago, they never did. The floors were left dirty with a sticker like glue that wont come off from all the edges in the floor.

Landscaping is horrible. House was 25% built. No walls yet, and i couldn't choose my own color scheme for my home. I didn't want carpet and they couldn't change it. They did not add the fence like all other builders do.

The overall experience is horrible, from the bridging when my sales person was changed without notice. The new sales rep that was in charge of our contract was completely new and under training with our sale, home was built almost a year after we had signed our contract, builders didn’t follow contract and made mistakes like placing laminate floors instead of the tile floors that were stated in the contract for the first floor. Customer service is barely taking care of all the issues that the home has when my warranty is about to expire… Overall horrible experience

The floors are cracking the cabinets are breaking the door knobs are falling off everything was very cheap and poorly made. Oh and my windows leak and dirt easily comes inside worse home ever... very disappointed. Y'all should be ashamed. The advice i can give you all is Use better quality materials to have happier customers to have better reviews and have more buyers who are interested.
