Alot of deficiencies in the home. Water leaks when it rains; through roof and foundation.

My issues was more with after moving in, during the final walkthrough a lot of little things were found inside the home that still hasn’t been taken care of as of yet. I’m hoping they can be resolved soon.

Dislikes: lack of communication, felt we weren’t taken seriously, recommended financing was horrible ended up using another bank, still pending repairs from inspector when we closed a month ago. Likes: house has perfect layout, color scheme looks awesome, location is ideal, good size lot.

They left sawdust under the stove, and dishwasher was not secured right. When A/C stopped working, A/C technician stated they had placed the wrong box for the breaker, that it was to low of a voltage for the A/C capacity.

I love the quality of our home. But there is still some minor issues that need to be cleaned up and certain things that need to be fixed.

What I don’t like is that no one from Armadillo follows up with th home owner on the things pending to be given to the owner. Like the paint kit. A simple call to the owners should be enough but not even a call or text message or email. Asking if the house is ok or if anything is missing

The house was great. The only thing is the water pressure that comes and goes. I know it’s a developing community so it’s gonna happen, but I really don’t like it when the water pressure falls during the day. Other than that everything has been great!
