I like that anything i see the home is like missing a little paint or something they come fix the down fall is they take a while

First of all closed on May 31. They made me stay on a date that I was going on vacation supposedly due to closing . The vacation was paid in full airfare and everything was lost due to them tell me I was closing that week. We didn't close till 30 day later. Then I told them I wanted to cancel the whole process and they told me stay and I'll make it you to you adding a new fridge and till now we never received it and no one reply when I text them.

Door to backyard was poorly made. Grass was all stepped on, they only came to replace one piece.

My house siding flew I had to pay for it less than a month in living and not even that won’t at least come and paint it . I will have to do that 4301 ainoha dr Armadilo sells houses and just forget about customers the only good employee that listen was [name removed] garçin respecta to that guy

We were told to give an earnest money deposit to remove the house from the market and we’re told it would be returned to us after closing. Closer to closing we were reassured we would get our deposit back about 3 weeks after closing. After the allotted time we never received it. After reaching to the loan specialist we were told our deposit was used to cover the builder incentive. Being first time owners, we were unaware of this, even being reassured we would receive our deposit back. We in fact will not be seeing it apparently. Extremely disappointed since we were not told of this and even reassured we were still receiving it.

At the beginning everything was great. It wasn’t until close to move in that it was hell. Our rep did not go to our closing, we signed our closing documents at 1030am and were not giving the keys to our home until 5pm. We had scheduled movers at 1pm that we had to cancel because of this. Our side gate was not built sturdy, they did not fix some details that were mentioned during the walk through, our rep got very rude with us after move in, only cared about making his sale and getting his commission. (I have the conversation saved as proof) he always said he would be there at a certain time and was never on time.

Currently experiencing leaking through the main entrance and a lot of dirt through the back door. Master bedroom restroom also having minor leaking issues with the faucet. Fence fell within a month and a half of moving in.

Did have a couple of things like a pipe breaking down and having my carpet wet but armadillo kept their word and fixed everything and now everythings good????

About the warranty I like that at least we have a year to find out for any defectives or repairs around the home and about customer care I'm very pleasant that [name removed] the builder take care right away of things that needs to be repaired.
