Promising certain services or products if you buy a home should be something sales person should do i they plan to never deliver.

Grass wasn’t watered properly has to bring the grass back to life when we moved in and the cabinets didn’t have knobs on them plus it didn’t come with a fridge only dish washer and stove

What we didn’t like was that because the lender wouldn’t release funds until 2 days after we signed for the house, we couldn’t get our keys.. u guys had signatures from us and we had no keys from you all as it the lender was not going to give u all your money.. it was not a good experience to say the least

When we were looking for a home, we came across Armadillo. We started our wonderful experience with Steven Bordallo, he went above and beyond our expectations when looking for a home. Our first thought was just viewing homes to see what was the best match for us. Steven took the whole afternoon with us until we found our perfect match. After signing our contract and giving our Earnest money, we were blind-sided with the news that Steven was no longer able to help us, and felt sad about the news since we were very comfortable with making a purchase with him and satisfied with his service and his welcoming/friendly attitude. With this, we felt like there should have been better communication between the Armadillo and the buyer, since they made the drastic change without us being aware. When we started working with our new sales representatives, we were nervous that we weren't gonna be satisfied and wouldn't give us the same costumer service that Steven gave us. throughout the following weeks Teresa was wonderful and very helpful keeping us updated on how the house was going. She also went above and beyond giving us the service we were hoping for. Always keeping us updated on the new changes of construction, and she helped us keep in touch with the builder(Robert Guevara) on our weekly walks and fixing any issues or details that needed to be done in the house. Not only did she help us as soon as we were transferred to Teresa and Ashly, but Teresa was also very kind to keep in touch even after hours and after we concluded our purchase. Overall very satisfied with the communication between the Armadillo team. Last but not least, we want to give credit to the very kind and patient builder Robert Guevara and his team.

As a first time home buyer one does not know what to look for. That being said once somewhat moved in noticed many things (qualities of work done on the house) that reduced the excitement of what I thought was the perfect home.
