Slow to respond to warranty claims. Most of the time they would just show up in the middle of the day to fix things. Luckily my wife was home most of the time. Many of the items in the house were either cheap made or thrown together too quickly.

It was sorta rushed (which I don’t mind) however there were thing that was obviously noticeable due to being rushed such as bathroom door on backwards, stairs not glued correctly, light fixture not working, floor appears to have weird lumps in it, and what I think is grass being laid in an rush manner as well as a dry batch of sod.

Besides calling the builder about water on my floor and they dismissed it as if it was nothing. No one came to look at it or nothing. I reached out about the floor near my loft having lumps and still I have yet to hear from anyone.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the experience I had during the process of purchasing my new home. As a first-time homebuyer, I expected a more professional and smooth process, but unfortunately, I encountered several issues that left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. During the initial stages of the purchase, I was told by the sales representative that I would have the freedom to build all around the backyard and that the smart fridge would be included in the purchase. However, upon moving in, I discovered that there were restrictions on the backyard area, and the smart fridge was not provided as promised. This discrepancy between what was communicated to me and what was actually delivered was a source of great disappointment and frustration. Furthermore, on the day of the purchase, I had to search for the keys to the house, which added unnecessary stress to an already monumental day. As a first-time homebuyer, I had hoped for a more organized and seamless experience, but the lack of attention to detail and communication was very disheartening. I believe that clear and accurate communication is essential when making such a significant investment, and I feel that I was not provided with the level of transparency and honesty that I had expected. As a result, I am left feeling disappointed and let down by the entire process. On a more positive note, I would like to express my appreciation for the assistance provided by the builder supervisor, [name removed], who has been very supportive and helpful throughout the move-in process. His professionalism and dedication have been a bright spot in an otherwise frustrating experience, and I am grateful for his assistance. In conclusion, I want to emphasize the impact that this experience has had on me as a first-time homebuyer. Purchasing a home is a momentous occasion, and I had hoped for a more positive and professional experience. The area in where the homes are located is perfect. But when they construct a home, they could be cleaner. When they build a home they will leave trash dumpsters behind. I have one in of the house that hasn't been taken away.

After buying the house and outlining needed repairs, they take a long time to reply and fix. One item, the sprinkler system was fixed but leaks again. Complaining about this and the land leveling, where the rain or sprinkler water remains stagnant instead of running out to the sidewalk. More than a week now and still they haven't shown up to make corrections.

The Distinguishing factor as to why my Experience was as great as it was is due to my Sales Representative Mr. [name removed]. Anytime I felt something wasn’t right, I would reach out and he would get it corrected. I feel that such a big purchase requires an attentive representative and that’s exactly what I got with Mr. [name removed]! I also must give my props to the house supervisor [name removed] who either showed up himself or get someone to attend to my concerns. They are a dynamic duo that helped get our home to the way we wanted it to be!

He provided a direct line of communication with him and I thought that would be limited up to the first month of owning the home but I was wrong. Sales rep would call me every week for updates on the house, but then stopped. On closing day he didn’t even show up to the closing and just left the keys to my house inside my house because he had a commitment with his son. My deposit needed to be given back since it wasn’t deducted at closing it took over two weeks for me to get it back. Window hasn’t been fixed and water filter has not been installed guy came by once unannounced and never came back even though we said come back tomorrow. Now that it’s rained we realize we need gutters water falls right at the entrance of the house so who ever is entering is getting all the water from the roof.

Minimal effort was given on multiple items. Examples: Windows have gaps on sides due to it not being square. Multiple caulking areas looked like someone with no experience did them. Kitchen lighting only has one switch, if I'm in the living room area or I'm headed to my room, I can't turn them off unless I head back to the hall before the kitchen to turn them off then walk through the kitchen in the dark to my room. Many other minor items. Just feels like the house was rushed to be finished.

We really enjoyed the communication and guidance from [name removed]. We disliked [name removed]’s lack of communication and lack of professionalism. We honestly feel like he does not care. He turned in the house we a lot of work pending. And braden paid no attention to our concerns. The workers lack training in their craft. They left everything crooked in the house. Nothing makes sense. Some areas start flush and end not flushed. Lines are crooked, paint lines are crooked. [name removed] was pending to be sanded down before painting. Chucks of paint goop left in house. It goes on and on. On top of that they left trash everywhere and a portable potty next to our home.

Home wasn’t completed on time and I had to book a hotel for 2 weeks and spent over a thousand. Home has several issues that have yet to be resolved. Already submitted a warranty request but issues still haven’t been resolved. When I moved in home was cleaned. They send a cleaning crew that did a horrible job cleaning the floors. Dust everywhere, to include banister, rails, shelves and countertops. Would not recommend Armadillo homes to anyone. Issue with armadillo homes is that they are more concerned with quantity not quality builds.

First, the customer care experience was awful. I put in for warranty service just one time and the young man who was sent to provide customer care was absolutely awful. He was argumentative, had a bad temper, was extra disorganized and confrontational. We asked him to see himself out after making us waste two full days (missing work, making arrangements for the kids, and letting several people come into our home during a pandemic). He sent people to come do work without notifying me first after telling me that if I agreed to them doing the work my warranty would no longer be good (carpet). He asked the granite guy to remove and fix the faucet because "he always does it that way". We told him that we wanted things done right and that we thought the faucet would be more of a plumber job. He disagreed and tried to tell us we had to accept whatever quality of work he could provide because we are the ones asking for service. It was a horrible experience. I have to put in another service order for some work that stayed pending that was promised and never fulfilled and I am dreading having to make a service call. I don't care about the drawing entry for my feedback, I am providing you this feedback in hopes that you truly value your customers and their experience and that the quality of service is reviewed and improved.
