I'm experiencing a lot on concrete cracks, tile cracks. They have been addressed but on a home this new incidents of this nature should not be happening. You make a very nice home but more attention to detail needs to take place

Still waiting on a replacement window “cracked during the initial installation. With that being said, Armidillo has been pretty attentive in responding to our home needs during the break in phase.

First, the customer care experience was awful. I put in for warranty service just one time and the young man who was sent to provide customer care was absolutely awful. He was argumentative, had a bad temper, was extra disorganized and confrontational. We asked him to see himself out after making us waste two full days (missing work, making arrangements for the kids, and letting several people come into our home during a pandemic). He sent people to come do work without notifying me first after telling me that if I agreed to them doing the work my warranty would no longer be good (carpet). He asked the granite guy to remove and fix the faucet because "he always does it that way". We told him that we wanted things done right and that we thought the faucet would be more of a plumber job. He disagreed and tried to tell us we had to accept whatever quality of work he could provide because we are the ones asking for service. It was a horrible experience. I have to put in another service order for some work that stayed pending that was promised and never fulfilled and I am dreading having to make a service call. I don't care about the drawing entry for my feedback, I am providing you this feedback in hopes that you truly value your customers and their experience and that the quality of service is reviewed and improved.

The one thing that I disliked about my experience was the lack of communication. If everyone had been honest about the time frame of completion of the house it would have made a huge difference. They gave us a date and would constantly keep changing. Due to a specific date they gave us we made arrangements to sell our home but when the time came they said not till next month. After that then that time came by and they catapulted the completed time to 2 months later. Not only that but when they told us they would have the house ready in a few days they would come back to us saying the backsplash we had chosen they no longer had so we had to rush to pick different items. Why did they wait the day they were suppose to work on the backsplash to tell us they didn't have it? Knowing ahead would have helped avoid further delay. Same thing happened with the tile, quartz and stone for the exterior of the home. Most importantly it wouldn't have been a big deal if they were just honest with the time frame and communicate effectively throughout the process and prepare effectively with materials before the actual day that they will be working on.

Well last time it rained we had a water leak they came and they supposedly fixed it by just adding a silicon type product “do not agree with that type of solution, so last night with the storm that came through the area we had a leak in the same location i really hope they don’t want to do a quick fix patch work i think they for the amount of money we paid for this home to be doing a quick fix is not the solution ...

They kept us informed about the construction of the house and they met the deadlines set by them. There were some issues with the house, like the shower facet was not correctly installed causing a water leak, the gate was not properly installed cause the outside gate not to close. Over all I am delighted with the house

The experience overall was great and our Sales Representative, [name removed], would communicate weekly. The only dislike was the time frame the house was given to us but I understand this was due to COVID19 closures and pushing materials back.

Buying a home with armadillo has definitely been a headache! Had a few problems with the seller and have had a few problems with the home since moving in! We’ve had a good experience with costumer service representative [name removed]. I can’t think of a Pleasant experience I’ve have had with Amardillo yet! Maybe in the future!

There are a few things pending. It seems like we will be getting these fixed but some of the cracks are growing significantly and we are becoming concerned. Upgrades are limited and very expensive. We are doing our own upgrades before we actually move in. Overall, we are very happy with our purchase. Just wish there had been more wiggle room for add nos.
