There is absolutely no follow through, promises aren't kept & the quality of the home is very bad. We have a big list of items that were supposed to be fixed, repaired or installed prior to closing that were never done. It's been 11 months, we've sent in the requests via the online warranty claim, we've spoken to the local Armadillo reps & district rep, but they only continue to make promises they can't keep. Mr [name removed] promised to take care of these issues August 2022 as he walked the house with me. Not only did he guaranteee they would be taken care of, we were promised extra items because of the lack of effort by the previous Armadillo reps & subcontractors. We had electrical wires that were installed backwards, A/C units that weren't properly installed, the A/C filters were covered with caked on drywall dust, the subcontractor flooded my stairs after breaking a pipe in the attic 6 months ago & that was never taken care of either, A/C hasn't been fixed after 12 attempts, there isn't Primer on the exterior door which has the paint falling off, some interior doors are warped, some aren't cut properly, cabinet drawers were missing screws, there were no toilet paper holders, towel racks, robe hooks or any other items installed in all 4 bathrooms (we had to purchase & install ourselves), the pipe for the waste water was crushed, broken & backed up the toilets & showers in our house from their mini backhoe, the drywall seems are noticeable throughout the house and there are many more items that have been submitted to Armadillo that haven't been fixed, fixed properly or have been ignored. Armadillo in [name removed] [name removed] is great, but Armadillo in Laredo is the worst home builder I have ever dealt with in my life.

If I could go back on time i would of never purchased my home with Armadillo Homes! I am still waiting to have many repairs done. Starting with director G*** a very dishonest person who lies to get away with company responsabilices. Had to go to extra expenses to be able to partially move inn after almost of a month of closing date. I would never recommend this company. Only person i really owe respect would be Brandon from Mortgage, Beto, Joe from contraction, Adrian from fianance -extras, and lastly to sales rep. XXXXX isa- no longer with Armadillo and Vincent.

The representative, Ernesto Murillo, made sure that we had everything we needed every step of the way. He answered any questions we had and took care of any issues that came up.

We loved the professionalism of the realtor Annalisa Carrillo. She helped us from day 1 to the very end always fighting for us to achieve our goal of getting our house. Miss Carillo is very, professional, and went above and beyound our expectations. Your organization need more realtors like her. What we did not like, was the experience with the Manager you have in your Laredo office. Mr Zar's customer service, rudeness, and inexperience in this business is the perfect example of what a manager should not be.like. He does not like to help in any way or form and gets, in my opinion a power trip that he is in a position to choose who gets a house and who does not. From day one when we had already had a lot and got it taken away after we had money down on it , to the very end of breaking our contract not knowing any of the facts. Luckily , your main District manager(can't remember his name) help us get the contract back that we had, and shortly after we closed. The only other dislike I have is that the contractor told us they would be back to fix the small things in the house, and all the windows in the house are missing the screens and leaked water after the rains hit.
