To start, the construction of the home is very poor. Our cabinets were hung extremely uneven, countertop slants to one end causing water to run off, as well as an eye sore noticing the slant. Tile is uneven throughout home. Other items that need attention as well. Called the emergency line on a Saturday (5 days ago) still have not received a call back. We are currently waiting on many items to be completed which we had someone come to look at the item (2 weeks ago) and were told they would get things scheduled. Someone was only sent out for 1 of the items (which was not completed properly and still need fixed) and I have received 0 communication on the remaining items. So frustrating. Poor quality home and even worse communication.
