It’s been one repair after another, the biggest being a foundation issue that has not been repaired. All this after multiple mistakes made through the building process.

[name removed] was great during the showing and contract stage! He was an absolute pleasure to work with!! [name removed] has been good at addressing the issues that were spotted and getting the right folks out to repair or correct. The warranty department was unresponsive and I had to contact [name removed] to get help in having someone reach out to them. I called and left multiple messages and no one got back to me for days well beyond their 48 hour response time promise. There isn’t anyone one particular person I have an issue with in the Warranty department it was just the extreme lack of response from them as a whole.

They did not honor the warranty to fix the leakage of the outside walls. Whenever it rains, the quality of materials used is very cheap.

[name removed] fixing items under warranty in a timely manner is not good service. Showing up at the house with out letting the customer know ahead of time and them blaming the customer cause they are not home.

Excellent service from sales rep to builder prior closing. No complains in that perpetuar. What I really didn’t like was the quality I receive the house. Outlets not working and air vents not working well. Should of been checked to make sure there working order. Good thing with the warranty provided it will solve this issue.

First of horrible experience never in my life would i think buying our first home would be as horrible as what we went through and still go through. First of, it took armadillo a year to build our home not only that we were never compensated for all the mistakes done on our home. Your manager Czar is a poor representation of your company, tried to drop us from our contract and greatly rude i quote" we are not coming to an agreement so I have nothing else to say" after trying to have them build our home since nothing was being done. Your builder Alex is useless never kept his word on fixing the mistakes in our home pointed out through out the build not even after we closed were they fixed until we had to point them out supposibly everything would be taken care of through out our walk on the home before the day of closing, they were not. Open attic door, AC was not even connected right, sink lid inside the sink hole, drainage on sinks way too tight also the light outlets all over the house were way too tight and crooked, landscaping is horrible there is still a puddle that forms as soon as you walk out to the back of the house, took them a month to try and fix still no final solution to it...bench on the mudd area wasnt fixed when pointed out until we closed, through the build the layout for the stairs had to be corrected because the stairs didnt have the rails included, overall mistake after another xero communication between Armadillo Staff I had to contantly reach out and fight for pur home to be build correctly. Oh and not to mention the colors theough out the home were changed from what we had selected so our home was build with settled options very dissappointed. They have grown on me but bot what we dreamed of for our fist home.... up to now we have not been compensated for all those issues. No welcome gift after everything we waited nor credits nor reward nothing. I would never ever recommend Armadillo to a friend or less a family member after everything we went through. We were suppose to be welcomed into The Armadillo home with excitement instead it was nothing but stress and anger. I really hipe this gets to your owner and something is done to compensate all this inconviniences we went through.

Pipe in Kitchen island was wrongly installed, resulting in water leaking & damaging island. Put in a work order. Fixed the leak but still have yet to finish the repairs to the island. Cabinets, drywall etc.

The end result was mistakes and finishes that were rushed and not up to the standards Armadillo stands by. I was in a tight spot and rushed timeline to move into my new house that I accepted the rushed end result/finishes and mistakes for fear of delaying the signing of the paperwork and move in. I am sadden every time I see the mistakes and force myself to not focus on them.????

Armadillo Homes never met its tume lines and the workmanship is terrible. Getting Atmadillo Homes to come back and fix problems or even to answer emails of fixing problems is easier to be able to go to the moon than for them to come fix their XXXXX -ups. I would never ever again go with Armadillo Homes nor would I ever advise anyone else to purchase or even look at a home from Armadillo. I regret buying from Armadillo.

Our rep, [name removed], was fantastic. The experience with the preferred lender and preferred title company was sub par. The persistent delays and changes for the completion date were unacceptable. The house is beautiful.

i was told we would move in by the end of october when we signed then by the end of november and we ended up moving in by the end of december. I understand that this is normal, but a bit more transparency on the actual move in date would be appreciated. Also, it was not made clear to me what options I had available on the house. It appears that are A LOT of options/ add ons that were not communicated. For example, I had no clue that i would not get a garage door opener. A list of what is standard and what is an add on would be appreciated. Maybe a catalogue.

We had a wonderful experience with our sales [name removed], [name removed] and our friend who referred us was [name removed]. The only major issue we encounter was in the Master Bedroom Bathroom and the upstairs bathroom. The cabinets that were installed where not the original designed and without any draws. Also the front concrete steps have a big crack and the outside rear wooden column is cracked in the middle. Overall we love our new Home!!!
