The wrong exterior paint was ordered and I had to settle on one I didn’t like to close. My granite is chipping and showing green paint. It almost looks fake. My shower has no shelves built in which was not previously disclosed. My paint is chipping on the walls due to its thin layer. Exterior door paint was chipping before we moved in and they never came to touch it up like they said they would.

I had some work done a few months back but was never completed. I had a high pressure line leaking between floors and they came and replaced it but the ceiling was never patched up and restored. Been like that for over 2 months. Also I noticed the water dripped down the down frame and paint bubbled on sides of frame. Since noone has returned to finish the work I haven't had that fixed either.

We are going on 10 months living in our home. We love our home, but we have noticed a few areas inside that seemed to have been worked on quickly. For instance, our vanity lights in the master bathroom are not leveled. The sink cabinet in the guest bath has cardboard under it to level it off, I assume. The lights over the island are different. Two are alike, but one is different. Cement is cracking in the driveway and on the steps leading up to the front door; its only been 10 months, I'm afraid of foundation problems in the future.

My first relator [name removed] was extremely unprofessional I was being neglected , belittled, and felt uncomfortable about the whole idea of purchasing a home. I wouldn’t get a call back , send straight to voicemail , he made my husband and I feel like we wouldn’t be able to afford a nice home.. etc but when I got a hold of Manager [name removed] he was the opposite of my frustrations and worries he made sure I was in good hands.They simplified the home buying process. I got a lot of questions answered he made me feel so comfortable and at peace, because of him and [name removed] now live in a place I get to call home!
