It’s difficult to get ahold of someone for warranty repairs. Repairs are promised to be completed and are not. Sales consultants do not keep their word. Home completion is promised and then at the last day pushed back and again pushed back.

[Translated from ES] It really has been unreliable. Some things have been quickly taken care of. Others are still waiting after 5 months of buying the house. For example one of the window screens which I have requested several times. Another is that when it rains very hard I find water leaks in the garage, this I also made a claim that to this date has not been addressed

Closing date was pushed back. We first signed our contract on Mother’s Day. We didn’t close till October 23, 2020. 5 months.

Home was.built but complete, lots of issues with plumbing and unfinished work.

Like: Friendly sales rep. being able to check progress on my own since i lived in neighborhood already, floorplan is great! Dislike: Lack of communication from armadillo on several occasions. NO first walk thru was done, never received a call to walk the house in early stage. closing date was pushed back a couple of times, was told that we had a written completion commitment date from the builder that was NOT true at all. The house was NOT ready when we were called to do the final walk thru. several items are POOR in workmanship/detail and or missing. our gas was NOT turned on at the stove, which led to other issues. ask if you want to know. we found out that the water line to our dishwasher was NOT turned on (which means our dishwasher was NEVER tested). our list that we filled and signed out at final walk thru to be repaired shortly after move in has YET to be completed!! still waiting which is RIDICULOUS because i was told by the final walk thru orientation specialist that they would be done that same week. here we are ONE MONTH later still waiting. can honestly say, very stressful and frustrating process. ive been told several times, "they dont consider that an emergency" to the items armadillo rep and myself signed off to be repaired or replaced. as soon as i closed on the house, the sense of urgency to help went away. is this how you treat a returning armadillo home buyer??

A lot of things weren’t done that I thought were agreed upon, manager was very rude. I am still missing thing they haven’t fixed. False promises.
