I’m still waiting for my hot water heater to be turned up. I put a request on the website for that. I would like for the rocks in my front to be fixed. This was due to the curb being fixed multiple times.

There are a lot of things in our house that are not well done. On a lot of our issues, we were told it wouldn't be covered or we had to wait a year to get it fixed.

Purchasing a home can be a daunting process but as our first home purchase ever, I can’t express how easy and streamlined Aspen [name removed] made it. From the first steps of seeing the different models, [name removed] was professional and knowledgeable in all aspects. Once choosing our home, [name removed] and his team in the lending department were communicative and rockstars in making sure the loan terms could work for us. During our initial and final walkthroughs, contractor [name removed] was meticulous in finding all of the little flaws that I personally missed but would have noticed eventually, taping and noting everything that was eventually fixed before our final walkthrough. Down to the closing coordinator [name removed] who gave us a breakdown of schedules for everything to happen, and [name removed] the loan organizer, I can’t imagine this process going more smoothly than it did. Every homeowner I’ve spoken with has shared their gripes with the process of buying a home and honestly, I can’t relate. I have been, and will continue, praising Aspen [name removed] to all of our friends, family and customers who are in the market for a home or will be eventually. Thank you so much again for an amazing first home experience, we LOVE our Aspen [name removed] Home!

WE had few problems in the house which is from builders side not anything we damaged they didn't fixed it. Worst decision of buying our very first house with ASPEN VIEW HOMES and blindly trust our agent.

Overall, I felt that we have had a pleasant experience. We have had a few things come up along the way that took some time to fix and a few things still needing to be fixed, but again, it’s been a fairly pleasant experience.

Having a new build home, sometimes things pop up which is understandable Having the warranty for specific things especially warranty's that go beyond the one year mark, brings some relief knowing that if something occurs, the potential for it to be repaired with ease is there. I also have found that using the warranty request option on the website is very easy to access and use.

There are now some defeciencies we are seeing in our home. The home could also use better insulations. Two-car gatage does not fit 2 cars, if can, maybe barely. I had to switch some doors since they were installed incorrectly and does not have flow in the house.

The warranty service from [name removed] was great. When I had a major leak from my water heater [name removed] immediately responded and the plumbers and the City utilities arrived asap to take care of the issue.

The builder managers and on site representatives were extremely helpful. I did move in before all was completed on the property such as the fence and blinds however everything else was done. I do feel that when I have questions and there are things I don't know about everyone has been extremely helpful.

[name removed] is also awesome….. we had our driveway sinking n he got out the concrete people to fix it right away….. I really love the whole team

The front end was good plus- once closed it has been a nightmare and in speaking to neighbors it is the same with them. WARRANTY - it is beyond horrible and I have now read all the reviews and there is NO Warranty after final walk through apparently. I am going to be filing a compliant and go beyond as this is the worst new built I have ever done. It did not have to be this way - Corporate Headquarters needs to get involved as I have requested.

This is our first time buying a new build home and it has been a really great experience. From start to finish, we have felt taken care of and kept in the loop with everything. We are very happy with Aspen [name removed] and we love our home.

Likes: Sales: They were very responsive to my concerns and always had an answer for me to make an informed decision. Elm Design: We love the open concept design how the living room and kitchen creates a positive atmosphere. Living in our place for almost a month, we realize the placement of storage rooms are not ideal or practical. I cannot think of a use case for the pet room (located in the living room) for those that do not have pets. The is a giant storage room in the upstairs next to the loft (which was suppose to be another furnace but for homes that don't have it, its just an awkward room. Dislikes: Lending: The numbers kept on changing and there was miscommunication throughout the process with Aspen [name removed] Sales and Lender - [name removed] [name removed] [name removed]. My closing cost kept on going up and down. I was informed of getting my $2,XXX back to me at closing then told 16,XXX down for closing costs. In the end, I paid about $800 down. Throughout the process, it ruined how we planned our finances. Move-in: We noticed many defects. Issues with laundry room outlet, quarts not sealed, discolored front door. I am still awaiting response/appointment from warranty request. Move-in: I cannot find any HOA information about the covered community services, rules, and ownership responsibilities. For example, I am looking for fencing standards and guidelines, snow removal/landscaping responsibilities. Move-in: many unfinished areas: unfinished garage, no landscaping/fencing, and a partially finished basement. The purchase price of the home was 557,115, it seemed that it could have been included in the cost,. Move-in: I also cannot use my driveway because of ongoing construction to the road. I feel that this should have been taken care of prior to move-in.
