The air conditioning doesn’t get to two rooms, I’ve had the air conditioner and furnace looked at over 5 times in a year, also my sum pump was never attached properly my crawl space flooded.

Overall the redemption from my build with them has been better since 2017 — there’s a few warranty issues I haven’t gotten ahold of anyone yet but other than that very pleased with the home.

We have had some issues with cracks and settling in our house. Multiple spots show big cracks on all our floors within the house. Although we have had a LOT of shifting, every time we reach out Aspen [name removed] has sent some one out to take a look and fix it right away.

The customer service has been excellence, and [name removed] has been wonderful to work with. No matter the type of warranty request I've submitted, [name removed] has been great at communicating with me. Sometimes it's something he can fix quickly, and if it's the responsibility of a vendor, [name removed] lets me know he's reached out to them and they're on their way.

One of the issues that I have is the concrete slabs that are cracking and a step slab on the side of the house that is detached. I have been waiting for 6 months for the issue to be resolved but no response.

Work we were told that would be done was not. The quality of craftsmanship is not what I’d expect for a 600k plus home. [name removed] was awesome and the best agent we’ve worked with. This is our second home from aspen view and the our 4th home that we’ve owned and out of the 4 the craftsmanship and quality is the lowest. We bought a 250k home that was built better from aspen view. Grout is missing or already cracking. A hole in the subfloor we were told would be fixed and wasn’t. Just put lvp over it and when walk over it sink 4 inches. Tiles have chips in them. Base boards were not caulked and can see transition areas. And biggest thing. Can literally feel anyone walk on the main floor. Feel everything on the main floor due to joists either not secured properly or spanned out too far and lastly stairs bounce when going up and down. This would be our last aspen view home. St auburn/tralon built a better home and they’re in a class action lawsuit for poor quality

Most of my experiences with Aspen [name removed] Homes has been very good, including with most followup maintenance/repair requests. One large exception, however, has been the significant settling of earth below and around my front porch and driveway which makes apparent that the ground was not properly compacted and the original roof drainage was not adequate. Though I've now had two 3rd party professionals agree with the cause and seriousness of this issue, Aspen [name removed] is taking the stance that this is only a drainage swale that is my responsibility to which I disagree - this appears to instead be a construction defect.

The follow up on the pre and post closing walks did not happen. Craftsmanship was bare minimum and the microwave was used for workers with leftover trash and left for us as new homeowners for example. I can keep going but will keep it short

[name removed] was amazing from the start i really enjoyed working with him, he was communicative throughout the whole process. He made sure we felt involved and up to date on everything despite us being located across the country through the whole process. Our home is beautiful and we love this community!

I have stated this previously. My biggest issue is that I was told my first mortgage payment would start in May by two different people. On the day of closing I was told my first mortgage payment would be in April. I had to pay rent and mortgage in April which I was trying to avoid. I feel like the salesman with Aspen [name removed] and the Aspen [name removed] mortgage lender lied to me to make a sale. I asked for a resolution and nothing was ever done. No apology or anything. Full resolution would be getting a check for one month of my mortgage. Really would appreciate an apology as well!
