[name removed] was an excellent salesman, it didn’t even feel like I was talking to a sales man more like a friend. In a predominantly military county it was very easy to relate to [name removed] as he was prior service and made our whole entire process wicked smooth. He answered any question I had or was confused about. I feel like I made a friend and I’ve already had another one of my personal friends that I work with go through [name removed] and purchased a home. The way [name removed] communicates about buying a house is very personal as he wants what is best for his clients and I appreciate that. 10/10 would recommend [name removed] as a salesman to anyone who wants to pursue getting a house. I personally feel [name removed] was always doing his job to standard and if not above standard, if I ever buy a house again I would want [name removed] to be my salesman.

[name removed] has explained everything well and has continued to care about our home. He has been great. Having to provide access to our property so the house could be built next door was a huge inconvenience but [name removed] and [name removed] have done a good job of taking care of us, respecting our property, abs keeping us updated regarding the progress of the project as it relates to regaining our property

I can’t not say anything at all about disliking aspen view homes they made my process sooo smooth and easy and this was my first time buying a home This was the definition of they want you to have this house!! 1000% satisfaction

The HOA it takes way to long to get thing approved. I really don't know exactly what all they do for the money we pay.

When I bought a house I was told that once something start to happen with my house a warranty will cover it. My house now has wall cracks and few other issues and I’ve been trying to contact Aspen home and warranty to assist me with this issues and nothing is happening! Very disappointed and would not recommend anyone to live there if such treatment is happening. Very disappointed

The air conditioning doesn’t get to two rooms, I’ve had the air conditioner and furnace looked at over 5 times in a year, also my sum pump was never attached properly my crawl space flooded.

Overall the redemption from my build with them has been better since 2017 — there’s a few warranty issues I haven’t gotten ahold of anyone yet but other than that very pleased with the home.

We have had some issues with cracks and settling in our house. Multiple spots show big cracks on all our floors within the house. Although we have had a LOT of shifting, every time we reach out Aspen [name removed] has sent some one out to take a look and fix it right away.

The customer service has been excellence, and [name removed] has been wonderful to work with. No matter the type of warranty request I've submitted, [name removed] has been great at communicating with me. Sometimes it's something he can fix quickly, and if it's the responsibility of a vendor, [name removed] lets me know he's reached out to them and they're on their way.

One of the issues that I have is the concrete slabs that are cracking and a step slab on the side of the house that is detached. I have been waiting for 6 months for the issue to be resolved but no response.
