[name removed] seemed kind of rushed and didn’t really go over everything. [name removed] was super nice. I’ve seen him around but never interacted with him before. I was surprised that so much time had gone by between the blue tape and the final walk through that things were being fixed still that morning. But it was all addressed before the walk through. The signing went fine. [name removed] from [name removed] Homes was really nice. There are some things that don’t seem to be communicated between teams. Such as the utilities. [name removed] says to switch them over before signing and that [name removed] would have a list. [name removed] says to wait until after signing to switch utilities. [name removed] Homes [name removed] said to switch them that day and the list would be in the bag left at the home. She did end up giving us a list. There was no list in the bag as she stated though. There were a few other discrepancies between the teams but I can’t recollect it all other then the utilities timing I mentioned. Nothing to do with [name removed] Homes but it took a while for our funding to hit from our existing home. [name removed] was supposed to get in touch with us once it funded, but there was little to no communication even when it did finally fund toward the end of the day. It would have been nice to have received updates in between the signing and funding even if there was nothing just for the comfort of knowing he didn’t forget or get sidetracked with something else.

[name removed] did far more to make my first home purchase process smooth than my own real estate agent. I feel like I had nothing to worry about since [name removed] was able to take care of everything. After the move in a had a few issues and was extremely pleased with the response time of Aspen [name removed]'s warranty. [name removed] on the warranty has been amazing.

[name removed] made the whole experience truly amazing for us. From start to finish and beyond he's been patient, kind, understanding, proactive, and supportive. [name removed] also made an impact on trying to make a small inconvenience we had right and working tirelessly and swiftly to get us taken care of. [name removed]...is a terrible communicator and almost ruined our whole experience with Aspen [name removed] Overall. Staying positive though, definitely want to send huge shout outs to [name removed] and [name removed] again for all they did and do.

Took over a month to fix our sprinklers. Took many follow ups. Roof is currently being worked on as well, as they said we'd need a new roof this summer.

Warranty process severely lacks in response time and most things are passed off as not warrantied. Major problems with smoke detectors has been completely ignored yet it is known that wrong smoke detectors are used in the home, know others with same smoke detector issue and know of one that issue was actually fixed.
