My wife and I had a great experience with Aspen [name removed] Homes from start to finish. One of the main reasons we decided to buy our home was that it offered the best combination of location and price for what we were looking for. We really liked the designs of the home itself; the location was ideal for us, and we felt the price offered excellent value for our investment. Most importantly, when my wife and I saw the design of the house, we could picture ourselves living there, making it our own, and creating new memories together. We also appreciated how friendly, professional, and helpful everyone was throughout the entire process. Buying a home is an important decision, and we felt comfortable and supported every step of the way. Everything went smoothly, and we are very happy with our home and our decision to choose Aspen [name removed] Homes. We honestly have no complaints or dislikes and are grateful to call this house our home.

Biggest issue I have had has been with the appliances. Our dishwasher had issues leaking and now the double oven microwave is having issues. Thankfully the warranty is still in place.

I’m glad I had a warranty because there was a few things we had to get replaced which I feeel like shouldn’t have happened, but aspen worked with us to get it done ASAP. So what I didn’t like was just the stuff needing replaced within a year was frustrating but out of there control

Getting things fixed prior to moving in (blue tape stuff). Trying to work with some issues with warranty has been somewhat discouraging.

The repairs that we’ve had to make or had done to a “new” home that was not supposed to happen. Also we weren’t briefed about it having so much technology built into this house, we’re both in our 80’s and weren’t prepared for it.

Our overall experience with the sales process was somewhat difficult. Unfortunately, working with [name removed] was frustrating at times. We often had to repeat information and go through the same processes multiple times, which made the experience more time-consuming than it needed to be. Communication was also an issue. [name removed] told us on several occasions that he would provide updates or follow up with us, but those updates often did not happen. We frequently had to reach out ourselves to ask for the status of things rather than receiving proactive communication. Buying a new home is a significant investment, and we expected the sales process to be more organized and transparent. While we understand that issues can arise during the purchase of a new home, consistent communication and follow-through are extremely important. Unfortunately, we felt that we had to stay on top of the process ourselves to make sure things continued moving forward. Overall, the sales experience could have been much smoother with better organization, follow-through, and proactive communication.

We really enjoyed our purchase experience with Aspen [name removed] Homes. [name removed] was great from the beginning and made the process easy and kept us informed. [name removed], our superintendent, went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our home, even helping us with an issue after move-in. [name removed] was also great during our blue tape walkthrough and made sure our concerns were addressed and repairs were completed. Overall, the process was smooth, and we couldn’t be happier with our new home. We’re looking forward to having the same great experience with our warranty checkups!
