Overall, I felt that we have had a pleasant experience. We have had a few things come up along the way that took some time to fix and a few things still needing to be fixed, but again, it’s been a fairly pleasant experience.

The home is beautiful and we love the floor plan and the open concept. The warranty is good and always got a timely response to my warranty tickets.

We had some roadblocks. The contract process was great, working with [name removed]. We did have issues however with the move-in. The house was not ready, which postponed our closing and move in date. The house was not cleaned well. There was dust everywhere, the carpets were not cleaned.

I noted my fence leaning at the closing Walk thru and filled out multiple warranty tickets and they weren't addressed after I opened another ticket I was told the warranty for the fence warranty was only two weeks. Bad service there

Finding out after closing that backyard landscaping is only warranted for 30 days and not included in HOA fees. We were told during process all landscaping is included. Few other items: HOA fees way to high and fraudulent budget. Aspen Homes does not hold subs accountable of making as much a peaceful environment when building right across the street. Construction Supervisor does not care about current residents and how subs, large equipment and supplies affect homeowners.

There are now some defeciencies we are seeing in our home. The home could also use better insulations. Two-car gatage does not fit 2 cars, if can, maybe barely. I had to switch some doors since they were installed incorrectly and does not have flow in the house.

We enjoyed the weekly updates throughout the build process. Mr. [name removed] kept us informed at each step of the process. He made us feel taken care of. From [name removed] in finance, to the team working in [name removed], we were always kept well informed, it was a great experience overall and the most trouble free home purchase over the span of 50-years and 9 homes prior to this one.

My agent was delightful ([name removed]) the walk through with the general contractor was great. Minor things like my gate being installed upside down and a bolt missing on my garage door has lowered my score

My realtor and I really enjoyed working with [name removed] from writing the contract until the move in. She sent pictures regularly. I also liked the schedule of walk throughs during the build. [name removed] was always available to answer questions with a prompt reply.
