The warranty process is absolutely horrible. The person they send out does everything he can to make it seem like it’s not a problem or comes up with solutions that make no sense. It took me months of complaining to get a drainage issue fixed that was causing several inches of standing water to stay against my house. The entire time the warranty people kept saying it was fine and not an issue: I am als still dealing with a heating and cooling issue that they will not properly solve. Last night my master bedroom was 20 degrees colder than the thermostat. Your company sells tha the warranty is there for home buyer and you will do whatever it takes to make it right. From what I’ve expierenced is your company does anything it can do avoid having to fix a problem to avoid incurring cost.

I didnt know much about what I should expect and I feel as though the builder's knew this and took advantage of it. I realized days after I purchased that all of the caulking jobs were done poorly, and I asked for a recaulk and the builder came without the caulk the first day and rescheduled for a day later. Then, upon returning, he didn't even hit all of the caulk spots that were cracking, some in the shower, and dismissed two other concerns about trim work entirely. I still don't have a contact for him.

At the beginning we were pleased with our experience with Aspen representatives. Unfortunately that experience was short lived. All of our requests were not met with a satisfactory resolution. As we began to discover issues with the home some work orders were completed well others were not completed and forgotten. We were excited for our new home. The size and layout is great for our needs and family and we love the location. However, the overall experience with Aspen representatives has not been great so we are unable to recommend Aspen [name removed] Homes to anyone we know.

[name removed] was an excellent salesman, it didn’t even feel like I was talking to a sales man more like a friend. In a predominantly military county it was very easy to relate to [name removed] as he was prior service and made our whole entire process wicked smooth. He answered any question I had or was confused about. I feel like I made a friend and I’ve already had another one of my personal friends that I work with go through [name removed] and purchased a home. The way [name removed] communicates about buying a house is very personal as he wants what is best for his clients and I appreciate that. 10/10 would recommend [name removed] as a salesman to anyone who wants to pursue getting a house. I personally feel [name removed] was always doing his job to standard and if not above standard, if I ever buy a house again I would want [name removed] to be my salesman.
