I dislike the design of the bathroom faucets. They splatter & make a water mess every time you turn them on. I dislike the windows. The dirt piles up on them terribly, “Inside” of them at both the bottom closure & the middle where they meet! I dislike the front door bottom at the threshold. The dirt piles up on the inside of my house. I dislike the garage doors. [name removed] really any sealing. The dirt piles up on the “inside” of my garage. Also the mice get in too easily.

The warranty process is absolutely horrible. The person they send out does everything he can to make it seem like it’s not a problem or comes up with solutions that make no sense. It took me months of complaining to get a drainage issue fixed that was causing several inches of standing water to stay against my house. The entire time the warranty people kept saying it was fine and not an issue: I am als still dealing with a heating and cooling issue that they will not properly solve. Last night my master bedroom was 20 degrees colder than the thermostat. Your company sells tha the warranty is there for home buyer and you will do whatever it takes to make it right. From what I’ve expierenced is your company does anything it can do avoid having to fix a problem to avoid incurring cost.
