The lack of communication between different contractors caused a lot of problems and required us to frequently be on the lookout for mistakes or oversights. All the Aspen View staff and contractors were very friendly and accommodating.

We are still waiting on all the screens for our windows. [name removed] guy that to our warranty requests is very good, knowledgeable, and helpful. I really appreciate his diligence.

Things have yet to be fixed and repaired from our first walkthrough. It feels like they are extremely under staffed, it also feels we have to be calling and texting multiple times attempting to get updates of what's the status or dates for the promising repairs. Extremely unhappy with the process of getting thing repaired

For one thing on unhappy with is the carpet and how they installed it where it is coming up at the strips my house isn’t 6 months old yet. And cleanliness for our final walk through as if they never did clean or wipe down anything prior to our final walk through

I have liked the friendliness of my customer rep [name removed]. He is very helpful and professional. I do not like how slow things are. Things have been crawling at a snails pace to get things fixed and/or repaired. I have little confidence that by my one year mark, I will be done with Aspen View’s warranty department.

Door frames cracked, windowsills are damaged, paint wasn’t finished, cabinets are damaged, lights are falling out, drywall has holes, doors don’t close correctly, garage door is falling off, front of house wasn’t finished, bathroom tile is cracked, kitchen floor was damaged, structure damage / walls have bumps in them or aren’t even. Right now there is zero chance I would recommend Aspen to anyone. I’m actually embarrassed about the home I live in.

[name removed] has been very responsive and attentive. However, our dishwasher has been broken for 4 of the 5 months that we have lived here. We have tried several different approaches to getting it repaired and no luck so far. At this point, we would just like a new one.

Had major delay with the electrical that put our home four months behind schedule even though other homes that were behind ours were moving forward. Didn’t finish walk thru list/touch ups before we moved in and haven’t addressed any of the uncompleted walk thru/touch ups once we moved in. Our experience with the sales team was great. She was super responsive.

I liked the home walkthrough and 30 day follow up. Dislike that we still have outstanding items from the follow up. They are minor but still outstanding.

I liked how helpful our sales person was. [name removed] was great every step of the way. Very helpful. One thing that was annoying were the constant delays in construction and then the mediocre construction as the result. I’ve been told throughout the process that my house should be perfect but then they rushed it and blamed me for wanting my home sooner rather than later and pressuring them. Now I have to get a ton of things fixed in warranty that should’ve been done right the first time. For my first home purchase, it was a very stressful experience.
