Everyone I've worked with has been amazing throughout the process, especially fond of [name removed] (she's the sweetest) and [name removed]. [name removed], I've probably dealt with the most as we've addressed a few minor/nonwarranty issues, and just running into him in the neighborhood, he's been quick to respond, professional, and helpful. I've not had issues with anyone I've dealt with in the entire process.

Original Blueprints on the website differ from actual home at the date of purchase Inconsistency with each model built within the same time frame, no pendant lights over kitchen island Was not informed that the new layout of the master bath would not have a soaker tub Laminate countertop in basement bathroom instead of formica Informed at the beginning of negotiation I would receive a front load washer instead I received a top load which is less efficient

It takes too long for anything to get fixed and when it does get fixed it needs to be redone because Aspen tries to save a buck and finds a random on the street.

The side yard seemed larger in the video calls. Because we had to have our agent work and see things first person for us. We would like to at least fill the side yard with dirt and grass at least, as we have dogs and would like that space to be filled please. When the wind is strong there is something that is knocking on the roof. But other than that the house is beautiful and Aspen took care of all almost all of the problems.

The customer service was outstanding. I purchased from out of state and Monty make the whole process so much less stressful. Mitch was so thorough and helpful in the walkthrough, also.

The only thing that was an issue was negotiating price. Person at the model home refused to come down. I talked to my other POC and came down no problem

The sales rep stated that the VA funding fee would be paid for and it wasn't. Seemed deceitful and brought our trust level down.

I regret everything about buying an aspen view home. It breaks my heart that this is our first home and if I could do it over I would’ve never even met with an aspen view home salesperson.

1/4 of the deficiencies before closing were ignored. Now I have to go through warranty which is a little slow.

[name removed] was amazing and she put in so much work to help us get our New Home. I was very disappointed that ASPEN view mortgage could not get me approved and if submitted properly I feel like we would have had a different outcome. My Realtor/[name removed] broker [name removed] helped me through the process and was able to get me approved in 2 days vs going the ASPEN view mortgage which took two weeks for them to tell me they couldn't get me approved. I had to run my credit twice and lost on the 4% credit for financing. All in all the trails at aspen view's staff were amazing from the superintendent to the warranty specialist. Again all my frustration is towards ASPEN [name removed] [name removed].
