Everyone was exceptionally helpful and professional. [name removed] only thing I didn't like was the fence issue. If Everyone is required to have the same fence, then just make it part of the purchase (at fair market price)

[name removed] painting hasn't been the best, I have found multiple spots that have either needed another coat of paint or weren't painted at all. Quality of materials in some areas have been sub-par such as paint used on the doors and the door quality itself. Warranty replacements have been neglected and I haven't heard from them when I have reached out. I am still waiting on warranty work that was listed before closing on the house.

Construction was supposed to complete an install that was not completed. Appliances have broken and we were told we had the go direct instead of builder assistance

Staff was very friendly, competent, and efficient. Some warranty issues were aligned in a grey area and not covered. Neighborhood roads were installed very hastily and therefore fell apart within a year. This goes for driveways as well.

[name removed] roads are sinking on the brand new neighborhood in Colorado Springs. [name removed] neighborhood is located by Powers and [name removed]. South of Colorado Springs Airport / South East from Amazon.

I am really unimpressed with the excessive delays in building, inaccurate communication, painful warranty process, and incompetent trades!!!

Warranty service sometimes takes a while to get going. It's like a 3 or 4 step process with 2 or 3 different people coming to my home (at different dates and times) before an issue is resolved. A lot of warranty repairs have had the same excuse of "they no longer work for us".

I was very upset that they kept losing my name on the waiting list for the specific lot I own. What's worse is they didn't seem to care. My persistence was the only reason I was able to get it since, I was never notified when the lot finally became available. Had I contacted them hours later, I would not have gotten the lot I wanted. I am very satisfied with the process after signing the purchase contract. David Revord was always available at any moment I needed anything over the 7 month period. He also made sure my move in went smoothly by rescheduling road work in front of my home that was scheduled during the week of my closing.

[name removed] was great through the entire 16 week process of getting our home repaired. However, his supervisor, [name removed] was resistant to provide quality repairs. She was talking over me as I explained the lack of quality and how the repairs would fail. I had to yell over her just to be heard.

[name removed] warranty process is broken. [name removed] online portion is great and easy to use, then the repair guys shows up and verifies the problems and only fixes half of the problems and never comes back.
