Our kitchen faucet we had to replace due to a leak and many of our light fixtures need new bulbs rather quickly. We did not get contacted for our mid year evaluation. Overall we like our home and are happy.

Warranty department is worthless... Still waiting on [name removed] to return after like 3 months now. Have had him out 3 times now and he only fixes a couple things off of the huge list that we have had going since closing on march 31 2020. Still waiting for a call or him to return. Also you use junk fixtures throughout the house. Constantly changing things out because they dont work

Still don't have a working dishwasher, cracked concrete (this was addressed), having to replace my roof after 3 months living in a new home do to Hail. Towel bars just pulled out of two different walls. Shrubs out front dying from underground mold. Leak in garage at first rain (this was addressed). Could just keep going, but to what end?

We have not had any warranty issues yet. Everyone has been pretty helpful that we've dealt with in regards to customer service. We had some movers break a sconce and the PM managed to secure us a replacement. It was really nice of them to look out for a spare.

violation of NEC codes, counterfeit ( U L ) labels , violation codes for the installation of can lights--the interface between the fixture housing and wall of ceiling covering was not sealed via gasket or caulk or other approved means. cover up of damage to sidewalk, curbs , the damage was cause by you,. the city stated that repair is 12 to 14 years, cost will fall on home owners some where around 4 to 5 thousand dollars -- hell of away to treat a 73 year old man and his 69 year old wife that is disabled

I feel its easy to communicate an issue. However, not happy about the trim work in the home. Had a lot of issues, even after having it repaired it still doesnt match the other trim due to different paint textures. We have an uneven piece in our bathroom by our shower that is extremely noticeable. Random tiles in showers arent laying flat like the rest. Staff is friendly. Neighborhood stays clean during construction

The customer care experience has been horrible. We have had issues and had to go through the warranty process and in this case, we ended up hiring our own repairman because both the service AVH as well as the HVAC company you contract with was horrible

We were told on the final walk through almost a year ago to wait to claim little items until month 11 and then Aspen [name removed] would take care of them. But now the cracks in the sidewalk And steps are worse and with lower temperatures it’s hard to get concrete fixed and poured.

Wish we had an HOA or at least keep up with the covenants. I hate to see this community go down hill due to a few bad apples. We’ve had the A/C guy out tons of times to try and get the upstairs to blow more air without having to close all of the vents downstairs. [name removed] than that everything seems good.

The overall quality of the house is not too bad, and we do like the design. But our problem is all the fine details and not having our problems fixed in a timely manner through warranty. Also, the grading of the backyard is absolutely horrible, seemed like a very rushed job and everything is washing out.
